He later says that Nick had a $20,000/month coke habit. When pressed on how Camelot knew that Nick was spending $20,000/month, he turned red pretty fast. This sounds absurdly high even for three to four people but it's very possible Nick was getting ripped off.

Seems like a dumb thing to claim if he wasn't going to back it up, but, this is Coomalot so meh. If he doesn't have receipts then I wouldn't put a lot of stock into it. We know Nick was doing a lot of coke, that isn't news, Coomalot putting a made up number onto it doesn't mean very much.

I can imagine though, that with Nick being fairly new to drug use (if it's true that he only started using after achieving e-fame), being loaded with tons of money, and clearly being willing to blow that money on stupid shit.... yeah, it's pretty plausible that his dealers could've been ripping him off. I can easily imagine Nick would just take whatever price they name instead of putting in any effort to shop around or argue about it or etc.

I wonder when the prostitutes started, before or after the swinging? And how Kayla feels about that.

What a retard spending $100/g on a bulk buy. It's like when he told the story about buying his car. "The dealer said I got lucky, someone was just asking to buy it this morning." This moron is bound to go broke if it's that easy to separate him from his money.
2500 for 30g of street coke? Prices went crazy since my younger days... also, 2.6g per day everyday is a lot.
2.6 for 3 crackheads who simultaneously get drunk everyday... sounds about right.

Didn't Camelot initially say he only knew he was on drugs because of the weight loss? Now he's revealing that he's either been told by Nick or seen Nick doing coke enough so that Nick shared his monthly cost on it with him. Haha isn't that kinda incriminating to his lil buddy? Nick hasn't even affirmed he was using or buying coke yet as far as I know?

Just being honest I never went through more than an 8-Ball in one week during my wild and crazy days. The thought of going thru $20,000 in an month even split 4 ways is unthinkable.

Like he would have to have been going Tony Montana extreme.

David Irving?!?

DAVID IRVING?!?

David Irving is a literal Nazi sympathizer and a Holocaust denier. His credibility as a historian was destroyed years ago.

Don’t just repeat what Wikipedia tells you my guy.

There is a reason why Irving was a respected (if controversial) historian and best selling author, before some shitlib professor engaged in an extremely lucrative legal battle with him.

Unlike some historians, Irving actually speaks German, uses original archives, and has access to unique sources. (He befriended some of the key people while they were still alive in the 1970ies).

As for “Holocaust denial”, Irving has always liked controversy but later retracted his original thesis that the number of dead in the death camps was a lot lower than commonly stated. Much of what makes Irving a “holocaust denier” was legit academic debate in the 60ies and 70ies.

Always thought it was dumb that all of the man’s work is somehow invalidated because he at one point didn’t toe the line on one particular part of WW2 history, or at one time had a funky thesis that Hitler didn’t plan the Holocaust but that it was implemented at a lower level.

Could the extent to which it's cut affect that? I imagine if you're getting stuff that's only half actual coke or less, or is laced with whatever else, that would change how much and how fast you use it.

also, the only reason coke has this 'classy' image associated with successful people is because it is expensive as shit, so poorfags can't afford it.

Coke hasn't been expensive since the 1970's. These days, it's cheap as chips. It's probably gone up recently, what with Covid and inflation and what have you, but twenty years ago, you could get half a gram for £20 - £30 where I live. That's less than a couple of drinks in a bar.

20k would be what? Half a kilo of street grade coke? I doubt they were snorting a 0,5kg of coke per month, even in 4 people.

I think it's almost certainly hyperbole as well, but there's a David Crosby autobiography in which he talks about using an ounce of cocaine a day at his peak. That said, I've never known a drug addict who didn't tell people that the largest quantity that they ever used was their regular daily dose. You might be subsisting on a ten bag, but if you bought an eightball once, you're telling everyone you were using an eightball a day.

As I recall, Japan had major methamphetamine use/abuse during the Second World War, and they seemed to do alright afterwards.
Much like other Axis partners (like Germany), they weren't really using it for fun but to stay on a total war footing. So people weren't keeping up their habits after the war because the reason for it went away.

It's sort of like how a lot of Vietnam vets took drugs like heroin as a situational thing but then just quit upon returning (of course there were those who never did because their lives were still hellish upon return). A milder version would be like how it's almost obligatory in frat life to drink to excess but most who do stop when life is no longer a 24/7 party.
hey pedo can you stop doubleposting?

I think there may be a few inner city neighborhoods full of niggers hawking 5$ crack rocks and robbing/raping anyone unfortunate enough to be in vicinity, that may disagree with you.
Crack was literally invented to be marketed to poor neighborhoods because it's easy to split it into quantities that can be bought by poorfags. That and that it basically did what freebase did but without setting you on fire half the time accounts for its popularity.

Especially as there isn’t any clear express evidence that Hitler actually ordered them to take shit that far.
There is not evidence he didn’t either, but it certainly was carefully considered to keep various hands clean.

I thought the main reason for Irving being discredited was in addition to the claims of overestimated numbers, that he claimed they didn’t use the gas chambers?

Yeah, it sounds like a hyperbole on top of a junkie talk. That price seems way off anyway, like they made the calc to reach the final tally (20k) they already thought it was true. I can be wrong tho, don´t know the cost of it anymore. Also, the 20k could include K and molly as well...

Coomalot's reaction made it seem like he knew he goofed when he mentioned the 20k, which suggests that's what Nick told him. He said they've been talking a lot.

If he pulled the number out of thin air, he could've easily said "I'm just bullshitting." He could've said that anyways, but he's not the sharpest knife.
His face went red like he knew he was at risk of getting the "I hope Camelot makes a million dollars" treatment.
