One of his surgeons, Dr. Mark “Marcy” Bowers did publicly admit this a couple of years after Jaron’s surgery. Of course he got the pariah treatment.

So, super TMI and probably dumb question since I have no medical background at all, but Jazz is still a guy, he has a prostate. So even if whatever butchered remains of his penis can't give him pleasure, what about stimulating his prostate? Or does that organ also get affected by puberty blockers?

His prostate is likely atrophied to the point that it's almost completely invisible. That's what cross-sex hormones do.

Even if his prostate were magically fine, he never experienced puberty and is physically incapable of orgasm. It really can't be emphasized enough that what has been done to Jazz is an atrocity.

Puberty blockers is a tranny pandering term for drugs that were created for cancer patients, including prostate cancer. They shrink the prostate and so do HRT hormones. Jazz never had a chance.

Also it's a feature, not a bug. The drugs were given to him to prevent male sexual development it's just that no one told Jazz that he can't pick & chose what side effects he wants. By the way the same issue is brought up in the WPATH report - the kids that were transed didn't understand that they don't have a choice in what side effects they were getting.

Jazz probably still thinks he will be able to orgasm just like he thinks that he will develop sexual feelings once he is on love with a person.

The surgical mutilation didn't help matters, obviously, but as other people have observed, it was the puberty blockers. He never went through puberty.

The important thing to remember with Dr Bowers is his motivation. The issues he has with puberty blockers are that there's not enough penile tissue to create a neovag (so they have to use peritoneal pull through) and the stunted child will never have a sex drive. This endangers his promise that his magical surgery will make someone into a woman, so he's speaking out about it either to reduce his dissatisfied customer base or because the pendulum has started swinging back and he wants to be seen as "one of the good ones" who spoke out.

There were discussions of whether he could or not have orgasms before and after the surgery that we saw in the show, but we might never know what he was really told in private.

For all the talk about vaginas and female anatomy, he was never explained that sexual arousal is a biological response. You just don't penetrate a woman and she starts to come once and again as you see in porn. He wasn't explained either how male anatomy works as they thought he would never need to use that once he was given his vagina. These people are either so blinded by the promises they received from the butcher doctors or they are this ignorant about human biology.

If a doctor tells you "it's important you do this thing before surgery" and you say "no, I can't because it's too triggering, reeeeeee", then you cancel the surgery and give the patient mental care. And any doctor should simply refuse to perform it until the patient cooperates. If it was something else, like, dunno, remove some malformation, they won't take a "noo, I can't watch this terrible thing, it makes me sad!". They'd give you consultation with a psychologist to prepare you for the surgery bc you'll need to touch, see, and deal with what's happening there.

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he’s testifying in front of congress one day about this. I feel like we’re going to reach a point of potential federal laws being drafted to protect people, especially minors, from these surgeries.

I wouldn't want to sit on a stinkditch for a transatlantic flight. That would be doubly true for a transatlantic flight that ended with having to hang around the malignant, codependent opportunists who had the temerity to call themselves my "family" while using my (non-consenting) mutilation as social capital.

I would actually gain a lot of respect for Jazz if he distanced himself from his family.
