Can someone confirm he was properly charged with harassment as opposed to just being arrested for it pending charges/release? Did DA take the case against him?

There's nothing on research.tx yet but I'm not sure they cover municipal courts, which is where (I think) he'd be arraigned. If it's a felony though it will be in an indexed court eventually. More likely they just tard smack him and tell him to stay away but for real this time and if he tards out again they actually do bring the fireworks.

Hard to know, though, they can be pretty law and order there. Plus he's from California.
