I'm choosing to look at this as if I was a juror on that case. I'd have to take into consideration the fact that several members of the Intelligence Community said the Laptop was "Russian disinformation" and that any discussion of it on social media was censored because of it. But now the same people who told me the Laptop was fake are now using it as evidence to prosecute its owner. Any juror would have to ask themselves whether the feds were lying in 2020 to influence an election or if they're lying in 2024 to potentially prosecute an innocent man (Hunter isn't, but bear with me).

Either way, I'd have to look at the prosecution as if they have no credibility.

I see teenagers do this constantly. They just tap the pad screens with the back of their phones and the pad just instantly takes the money from them. I think (at least I HOPE) their parents monitor how much are on the "cards" and they are set a limit.

It’s a good trial run for the pharmaceutical industry. When he dies we’ll never see the autopsy report and they’ll declare it due to old age, but with all those drugs they’re giving him I doubt it.

The second Trump or anyone else tries, a Judge is going to declare "well deporting all these brown people is disproportionately affecting brown people and that can only be because of racism so you're not allowed to do it." They already have done this for other similar reforms. And barring a future Right Wing Populist president (Trump or otherwise) going "well they made their ruling, now lets see them enforce it", that's the end of it for at least the next 20-50 years, period. And our country won't last that long at the current rate of decay.
