Isn’t interesting how the court always seems to arrive at a decision that benefits the magistrate making the decision? The Utah magistrate concluded it wasn’t their problem. The Supreme Court concluded it wasn’t their problem. The Florida magistrate concluded it wasn’t their problem.

Greer also benefits by default because he’s a pro se retard who gets to write his unhinged lunacy to the court and the target of his acrimony is required to take his ramblings seriously as a matter of law.

Only one party continues to be harmed by dragging out the process as much as possible and it’s the only party that’s required to pay for the privilege of participating in the process. Almost as if the process itself is the punishment.

It's a government court system and not a freely financed court among other freely financed court competitors.
The remuneration of all the court personnel and law enforcement and almost everybody comes not from satisfied and voluntarily paying customers, but from taxation. They get their money either way, regardless of their productivity, performance, or how satisfied the consumer is. They have no incentive to do their job well because who cares if they don't? It's not like you can cancel your subscription and patronize a competitor. And obviously all the staff and personnel is human just like the rest of us. The less they need to work and the more money they get for it, the better off they will be. It is completely predictable that the quality of justice decreases under a government court system while the price for this increasingly perverted "justice" keeps going up.

You should appeal this to the 11th circuit. Its utter and complete fucking bullshit. It makes an absolute mockery of Jurisdiction law. It breaks...Jesus Christ, this breaks countless precedents. Its going to take me hours to catalogue them.

For Starters, a District Court does not even have STANDING to challenge the determination of another District court. If this actually sticks its going to break so much shit its unreal. Its completely out of line. If Greer had appealed in a timely manner to the 10th circuit Appellate division, then maybe there is something there, but the idea that after that time limit elapses a district court in the 11th circuit can order the appellate division in a different circuit to do something is absurd.
