The case was re-transfered to Utah.
@Useful_Mistake I remember that long discussion we had where we argued about whether this was possible

I will take a small but extremely sadge victory lap on this one.

I was right. WOO! my prize fucking sucks and I wish it stayed in Florida

I have come up with another plan and basically told Hardin to ignore anything he feels is the most correct and instead file some nonsense exactly as I want it because I've realized that the only thing happening right now is feelings dressed up with court decorum. I believe my plan will work.
LET'S GOOOOOO

This is less for you and more for the people here. Just because something happens you don't like doesn't mean you lost the case and you shouldn't be doomer. It is unfortunate, shouldn't have happened but Hardin is good enough I think Null will win in the End.

I feel strangely good about the future for some reason I can't explain.

Utah will probably tell Florida to go fuck itself. They already made their decision and they aren't going to do anything else.
The state of Utah and Null v. Russel greer and the state of Florida.

Countering retardation with schizophrenia. A classic legal move.

Please drive the court into insanity. You can't lose if there is no winner.

How utterly retarded. I lost the last bit of faith I had in the justice system I didn't even know I had left. Godspeed with your plan B. It's absurd how much you've been shat on by companies and the state just because people say you're a meanie poopie head and some rapey trannies who try to sling hormones to children conspire against you.

Jesus, my schizo theory of the case literally losing jurisdiction in all federal districts is actually coming true. I am utterly aghast.
This is the best possible outcome. I want Josh to send the mockery of a legal system we have into a spiral that domino effects and ends up destroying it entirely. I want this case broadcasted to as many people as possible, so everyone can see that playing by rules doesn't work when you say mean things on the Internet.

I want the average person to have so little faith or confidence in the judicial system that cops, judges and prosecutors are banished from all businesses, shunned entirely and made into the modern equivalent of medieval executioners. They are filthy, unclean people that should not be seen with any honest man.

I always insisted that it was possible, but only in the rarest extraordinary scenarios. Admittedly, though, I did not believe it would get transferred back, as the arguments presented by the moving party could hardly even be called as good as subpar.

The only other lolsuit I followed was KickVic stuff back when everyone here was still fully confident he was going to win. My conclusion from that, now reinforced, is that you should conclude the exact opposite of what KiwiFarms posters think is sure to happen is going to happen in all lolsuits.

They will just say you're not allowed to do that and you have to listen, or else.

Power Mad Florida Judge Big Leagues Utah Magistrate

This judge didn't grant Greer's Motion to Retransfer; she retransferred because she doesn't think a lowly magistrate in another jurisdiction did his job correctly according to her analysis of the rules and case law of that jurisdiction.

That's completely inappropriate and shits on every notion of respect and decorum among the federal judiciary.

The only time this is supposed to happen is when the venue where the case gets transferred has no jurisdiction or some other case-ending situation where the plaintiff is fucked, i.e. "we have no choice but to transfer it back, sorry."
