"Non-contact order" means "non-contact." It's a court order. The parties don't get to just "consent" their way out of it (without also going back to that court to ask for its removal, with justification).

Age doesn't matter. If a court orders you not to contact someone, if you then contact them, you have violated the order. This includes the other party initiating that contact or actively encouraging ("consenting") you to make contact. Non-contact order. Make contact, break order.

I can't believe this is so hard for people to grasp. "Non-contact." Fucking "no" "contact." That's it. It's not "non-contact unless she feels like it." WTF?

He was not caught up on why the no contact order was arranged. He was asking why they are being charged for incest which isn’t what the contact order was for.

It was a legal restraint based on domestic violence. One night Ben kicked Grace while layin in bed. After he kicked her the police said they enforce it and so Ben served time and then even if Grace doesn’t charge him a no contact order is in place and he must comply.

I had hopes of seeing a Ben fall out from under the RV. Or have a dog pull him out. RIPD gets 8/10 for content. I must take points away because Ben wasn't injured. The bathroom would have been perfect for a episode of "violent noncompliance with hysterical strength" from Ben.
