The pictures in the doc have been censored in instances which include minors, no face doxes will be provided but they are included in the NCMEC report.

In Turkey, there are strict laws regarding CP in any way shape or form. The moderator can be reasonably accused of aggregating CP in his server. The administrator who is a minor can be easily tried for distributing CP according to the thigh channel.

This can be reported to Turkish authorities, as a discord server has a phone number for 2 factor authentication so Neco-arc can be easily identified. This moderator can actually face legal consequences.
