I have mentioned it before in this thread, I will say it again. I do not for the life of me understand the narrative some of you are trying to push that Ian has always been this meek and weak willed soy faggot. in the video he tried to apply his "i am so cool, i do not care about anything, i am above it all, if you care then you are cringe" aloofness to the situation, he thought this would make him look like a cool and edgy winner and send the haters scurrying back to their basement in shame.
but it backfired hard, nobody took him seriously, people just called him a simp and cuck even harder and he kept losing more and more respect as the news kept spreading across the internet
i think this massive failure at steering the narrative probably broke him. for the first time in his life he had been thoroughly defeated on the internet, he was absolutely felted, and because it was over such an intimate and serious topic it hurt him a LOT. his pride and his ego have never recovered from this.

I don't think he was always meek and weak-willed, but I do think that he was always awkward and lacked confidence. Old iDubbbz viewers will distinctly remember him always shitting on his old videos in a very harsh manner, like moreso than your average Youtuber cringing at their old self. And of course, his place in the Cancer Crew videos was being the weird autist.

Also I believe the Asian woman was just a friend of theirs, which makes it even creepier that Anisa did that.

I think since Ian said that the reason he was boring on cold ones is because he was being himself and his channel is boring and gay because he’s being himself and not idubbbz he needs to make a new channel called Ian Jomha and see how many people care. Wow, I didn't know about any of the stuff with Chad. I bet Chad has been laughing his ass off at the Cold Ones comments, because there's no way in hell his opinions of Ian have changed (because everyone knows how much worse Ian has become since the Cancer Crew ended).

But in all seriousness, this really goes to show how Ian has royally fucked up his career.
