He could just re-write his order denying the motion to reconsider/vacate on merits instead of denying them as moot and punt the flaming bag of shit right back down to Florida. He got rid of it on March 21st.
It came back on June 11th.
It now has THIRTY extra filings.
"We have another filing here from the defendant. It's.... a link to the 4chan automotive board...."He got rid of it on March 21st.

Edit: Thirty extra filings and a picture of Hitler.
Oh no..."We have another filing here from the defendant. It's.... a link to the 4chan automotive board...."
You may be onto something. If a picture of Hitler looking gay has enough meme magic to get a judge to rule in favor of your utterly retarded motion, maybe AnimeSucksCopeAndSneed really is the secret weapon that will end this lolsuit once and for all."We have another filing here from the defendant. It's.... a link to the 4chan automotive board...."
Yes. There's now 5 Greer v. Moon dockets. One was closed and reopened and closed again in Utah. One is the closed 10th Circuit docket. One is the now closed Florida Docket. One is the now closed SCOTUS docket. And finally, the completely new Utah docket. Is that a new case number? We opening not reopening?
Yes, but Utah wasn't fooled or anything, they know what's up. It was reassigned back to the original judge and magistrate as soon as the clerk noticed it.Is that a new case number? We opening not reopening?
If I had a copy of photoshop and was good with the memes, there's a judge/reaper going door to door edit of that old standby.Yes. There's now 5 Greer v. Moon dockets. One was closed and reopened and closed again in Utah. One is the closed 10th Circuit docket. One is the now closed Florida Docket. One is the now closed SCOTUS docket. Maybe we can appeal to SCOTUS again. Trust me, Josh, it'll be funny. Is that a new case number? We opening not reopening?
She tacked Allen on at the end when she married. She was previously a Utah state court district judge, was appointed to Federal court by Biden and assumed office 2 months ago.I doubt Ann Marie Mciff Allen will ever know what horror she barely missed. Also enough names there, judge?
ahahaha imagine hearing gossip about some shit case that was insane and gone and man you should have seen it and then a few days later DING goes your outlook and there it is grinning at you with that gap-lipped grin we all knowShe was previously a Utah state court district judge, was appointed to Federal court by Biden and assumed office 2 months ago.
does this mean we are getting a Null third choice that ends up in limbo.Yes, but Utah wasn't fooled or anything, they know what's up. It was reassigned back to the original judge and magistrate as soon as the clerk noticed it.

Congrats funny option happening!!What would happen if both districts refuse to take jurisdiction?
So what are the chances of the judge going TND on Russell?Yes, but Utah wasn't fooled or anything, they know what's up. It was reassigned back to the original judge and magistrate as soon as the clerk noticed it.
Utah: Hey Florida, you now get to deal with a two year old case full of literally hundreds of unhinged filings but still hasn’t managed to go anywhere. No takesies-backsiesI'm sure the Utah court is absolutely thrilled that another district court has decided they didn't follow their own rules. At least the Clerk docketed the case. Would not have been surprised if she didn't.
Can we all have a minute of silence for the plights of this poor bald bastard in Utah (meet Jared C. Bennett):

Who, after reading 96 filings, most of which were utter retardation, spanning 4 years since 2020 (which is incidentally almost the ENTIRE time this guy has been a magistrate judge in Utah- he started in May 2020, this case landed on his desk in September) was finally able to sign document 97 in making it Northern Florida's problem, then sat back secure that the 'ping pong' rule means it would never come back to haunt him again. Time to crack the champagne, boys!
But the documents don't stop. Moot, retards, not my problem anymore. Then ANOTHER judge takes one look at the case you've sent her, goes LOL no, fuck your ping pong rule, and sends it back.
