Yes. There's now 5 Greer v. Moon dockets. One was closed and reopened and closed again in Utah. One is the closed 10th Circuit docket. One is the now closed Florida Docket. One is the now closed SCOTUS docket. And finally, the completely new Utah docket.

She tacked Allen on at the end when she married. She was previously a Utah state court district judge, was appointed to Federal court by Biden and assumed office 2 months ago.

The judge that actually has the case, David Barlow, is a Trump nominee and has been on the Federal bench since January 2020. Prior to his appointment to Federal court, he was the Utah federal district attorney.

Who, after reading 96 filings, most of which were utter retardation, spanning 4 years since 2020 (which is incidentally almost the ENTIRE time this guy has been a magistrate judge in Utah- he started in May 2020, this case landed on his desk in September) was finally able to sign document 97 in making it Northern Florida's problem, then sat back secure that the 'ping pong' rule means it would never come back to haunt him again. Time to crack the champagne, boys!

But the documents don't stop. Moot, retards, not my problem anymore. Then ANOTHER judge takes one look at the case you've sent her, goes LOL no, fuck your ping pong rule, and sends it back.
