If Mint is considered to be too stupid to consent to abuse porn, that will be the end of TDS as everything that was done to her will be considered rape/human sex trafficking. Indeed, Eric is winning this by not engaging more than he has to. He is giving Dax the rope with which to hang himself and the noose is already being made. If Eric sues, it will be after Dax has gone too far to back down. At that point, no judge will be able to see Dax as being on the right.
