He just came up with the term. Stated usimg it about a year ago.

Another term he likes to use is "Chupapi"; A slur for people of Hispanic descent. That term I know the origin of. It come from this TikTok meme of this guy harassing people by shouting the pseudo Spanish phrase "Chupapi Muñaño".
