To be fair that was my same reaction when I was in a Californian home that was worth a million dollars.
Well yeah, it's been a while but I remember seeing a literal burned out crack shack with overgrown brush going for $950,000; up in around Monterey or Silicon Valley area. Because paying damn near a million for something it'd be easier to just demolish and start from scratch is the Californian way. Not to mention parking spots, no apartments or condos, just parking spots, going for like $80,000.

What in God's name are you talking about? Null was not defending "Dax and the Mint Salad stuff" until literally a month ago. He's on record criticizing Dick for the Mint Salad situation as early as April of 2021 (see the clip @genericwhitemale linked to). He might have even been critical of it before then.
