My family went out to eat for Father's Day today. While I was eating, I asked my Mom, a former teacher, about mandatory reporting. She says they have a class they make teachers take on it and inform them they can be arrested if they don't report suspected abuse. I figured it was something like they talked about in college when she was getting her teaching certificate or whatever but I seems like it's part of the continuing education they have to go through.

DM's revealed later by Ralph during the Nose v Gunt feud had Nick saying that he considered their DMs as privilleged and Ralph as his client.

There is more, but this is a brief sketch.

In hindsight, it seems now similar to his defence of Riley and that other guy allegedly urinating on Isom July's grave in order to make Eric July angry. Double-faced, duplicitous, and weasel wordy.

Ralph was feuding or some shit with Faith's ex-boyfriend . I believe he was doing a stream (Faith's ex) and Ralph basically DM'd the ex through instagram and sent him a link to the said sex tape. I believe this was livestreamed by Ralph or Ralph had just ended his stream or he was doing it while streaming.
Basically Ralph did it intentionally the leaking of the sex-tape but he said he was hacked as a defense which IMO is NAWT TROOO

Correct, although two things:

1. It should be made clear he never disavowed Ralph over the revenge porn. He gave a very weak ass disavow of Ralph much later because Nick giggled at the shart (which Ralph is still salty over him doing, as evidenced in one of his more recent tweets referencing Nick's arrest) and for that Ralph went full on rage pig attacking him, his kids, and... ya know, being Ralph. He simply said he disavows (implying it was done reluctantly), and they didn't talk for a while.

As for the reavow, that was Daddy Dick's constant hounding of the two to make up.

2. Ralph and Nick did more than talk behind the scenes. Both Ralph and Nick discussed things at such a level that they both agree an attorney-client relationship was formed.
