You can also dry age it yourself - the whole cut if you have the fridge space and the proper hygiene or the portioned steaks for 3-5 days in a griddle. Even salting the steak 1 day before, if it is a thick cut, and letting it get to room temp before cooking already does wonders. Butter basting, or arroser for frenchfags, with thyme and garlic also is a must; I don´t understand why you people use cuts of cold butter at the table tho...
Grilling is kinda harder, if you dont know how to control the grill temp like probably the person who cooked Juan´s steak and, in my opinion, always worse than sautéing.

And Dax recently posted on Twitter that the police got a search warrant for Riley’s social media accounts as some kind of “own” on Eric July. The assumption is either something was found or his legal team has declared there’s enough evidence/probable cause to go forward with something. As to what exactly that something is, we’ll have to wait and see.
