Don't think I've ever seen anyone go from normal straight to a stage 4 Bog, it's usually the incremental result of years of surgery on surgery on surgery. They get that cat-face look about halfway through before they hit full Bogdanoff.

That said, there are enough unethical butchers out there that I bet there are a few you could pay to just do it in one go. If it was your actual aim it'd probably save you a few quid that way too...

The cleavage on the left is way more attractive, and not just because they look bigger. Boobs are supposed to look smooth and round. When I see "after" boobs in an open shirt, I always assume they look like googly eyes when the clothes come off.

It's hard to tell with clothes on. Cleavage can look drastically different from bra to bra. Sports bra cleavage looks different from lingerie cleavage looks different from braless cleavage. You can usually clock a breast lift if a woman isn't wearing a supportive garment because the breast lay how they would in a supportive garment even without said support. If she was braless in that after photo, I'd say she's had a lift.

Tbh it could be as simple as she's wearing a differently cut top and a push-up bra in one and not in the other. Could be surgery, but also could be a bunch of things like clothing, lens effect, etc

It's weird because the hollow eyes make her look more like her mother, she's got the same teeth too. the difference in how actual unaltered women look older is really stark. A woman who has been healthy and had nothing done will start to lose some skin elasticity in her forties , few crows feet, that kind of thing, but they retain the underlying structure… but these girls look haggard at 24. They’re going to age terribly.
