His debating skills always amazed me as someone that got to know anything related to him only after 2020. I cant understand how anyone ever considered him insightful and I cant even imagine how retarded Maddox was to "lose" their debates - probably Miguel was just more charismatic and people flocked towards him.

My only concern with Dax is he's made a career out of being a screeching belligerent asshole and complete degenerate so when it does happen the impact will be lessened or barely even noticeable. Nick's downfall has been so entertaining because he had so far to fall, but Dick is already a total waste of space so I'm gonna need a fuck-up on the level of Ethan Ralph's Portugal double beatdown to really excite me.

I'm not suggesting he's not capable of this level of fuck-up, I'm just really struggling to think what Dax could do to have a Happening-tier event that makes him look worse than he already does. Right now my money is on getting arrested for selling class-As to high-schoolers, but in LA that's probably not even a crime.

FWIW I never thought he could argue for shit. TBPITU was funny when you thought they were playing roles. Maddox was the overly literal, pedantic dummy and Dick was the hysterical woman who made catty remarks. In the the Witcher series Geralt just says "I would never be in that situation" to questions like that. It's really that simple. The actual goal of "what would you do if you were in my shoes" questions is to justify or absolve all of the decisions that actually lead to the decision or hypothetical.

Lolicon is the right answer for purely legal reasons, but I'm not sure how that matters in a discussion about morality. The state wants to define inflation as "prices going up" and insists that the money supply is unrelated to that.

I don't think Dick actually believes the lolicon thing. Autistic lolicons who dont get found to have actual CP who debate this stuff know that argument sucks. My theory is that Dick believes it is pedophilia and does not care. He just wants to defend his allies and does not care how bad they are as people.

It's a pretty stupid false dichotomy fallacy. If those are the only two options, of course you're gonna pick the less bad one. This shit's just the trolley problem but with kiddy porn.

A much better question would be something like "do you want law enforcement to spend their already stretched-thin time and budgets hunting down and locking up people who jerk off to cartoons?" and the answer would probably be "no" but of course, even then, that says nothing of the moral or philosophic core of the argument, which could actually make for a compelling debate about the limits of free speech and art if the people having it weren't the guy who runs a retard circus vs a guy who's part of the retard circus.
