The scamming portion has to do with getting a limited item in a trade for free because he offered to pay it in real money but then never paid the person later. As for the pedophilia issue, he is accused of having inappropriate relations with minors, seemingly the most severe case of this is in his messages to a 14 year old while he was 24.

The Roblox game "Aeronautica" is a game about flying Planes, Helicopters, and Airships and completing various jobs to get money and points to buy more vehicles.
Back in May, a Admin of the Discord server and well known member "HighAdmiral" would leave the team due to a career advancement.

Less than a month later, He'd be dead. Committing suicide two weeks before June 2nd, 2024.

The community would mourn, even holding a in-game memorial for him, talks were going around of the dev's adding in a memorial. The loss would hit the small community hard.
That is until today, June 19th, 2024.

In the short Google Doc (PDF version provided) The Lead Developer would share the fact HighAdmiral, real name Joshua, had committed statutory rape against a 17 year old as a rebound following a breakup. This was known by the Devs and moderators and would lead to his removal from the team under the cover of a "career advancement", 2 weeks following this being revealed to the Dev team Joshua would kill himself. Despite the Dev team being aware of his actions, they would purposely hide this information, even having a Gofundme link for people to donate to following his death. (The link has since been removed, I am unable to find the link or page at this time.) This would only be revealed because the info had leaked and the Team wanted to get out ahead of rumors and "clear the air"

Spoiler: TLDR/Quick rundown of facts.

-Joshua aka HighAdmiral would exit a relationship, during the immediate aftermath he would have sex with a 17 year old, committing statutory rape. Joshua was 24 at this time.
-Police would get involved, but the victim would refuse to cooperate with the Police.
-This information would be shared with the Moderation Team of Aeronautica, with Joshua making clear comments hinting towards suicide.
-The Team would demote and conduct a "Investigation" into the situation. Following this investigation, Joshua was kicked out of the team.
-The Team decides, for what ever reason, to run cover for Joshua's crime by saying he was moving on to a new career opportunity.
-2 weeks after his removal, Joshua would kill himself. This info would be shared with the larger community on the 2nd of June.
-The community would mourn and a event would be held to honor Joshua, a gofund was created for his family to help cover the funeral costs.
-Over the next 2+ weeks it would leak out that Joshua had raped a 17 year old which directly lead to his suicide, it was also leaked that the Mods had purposely covered this up to save face for Joshua.
-The Team today released a document called 'Clearing The Air", discussing and admitting to their coverup of the rape.

Not entirely sure how to feel about this considering they did kick him out, although they did cover it up. I believe him when he says he had no idea what to do and that he wasn't being malicious or something like that.
Anyways Jesus Christ that's a fucked up story. Hope he's burning in hell.

The victim was 14, not 17, and had met Joshua over discord.
