Yeah it was a fun time, I was just low energy because I smoked too much weed and at that point was starting to get sick of talking and thinking about Dick Masterson.

I had to totally check out for a few years after a guy named Atomic Denny made a podcast dedicated to alogging Dick and Vito with an autistic star trek fan, just to get Vito on as a guest and befriend him. That was the shark jumping moment for me.

That said, this new season is a fucking banger!

The problem with both Dick and Nick malding over the test results is that all the Xitter posts are just theater. As of right now, the state has a positive test result for one of Nick's kids. It's up to Nick (or more specifically, his lawyer) to show that the test is false. Not how it COULD be false, theoretically, but demonstrate that it IS false. Everything else is a waste of time.

All you'd have to do is go to a lab or hospital and pay them to do another hair follicle test. That's it. You know how expensive those tests are? $100. That's it. A hundred bucks. Think of how much money he's had to blow on speeding tickets for his mid-life crisis mobile, and the ten grand he's had to drop to keep him and his wife from getting randomly drug tested (to say nothing of the $90,000 that's also being held). But he can't spare a hundred bucks to get another hair follicle test done when it would IMMEDIATELY clear the air on this? Come on now.

If I was in Nick's shoes (and hadn't put a hose from the Mustang exhaust into the car out of shame) and genuinely believed the test was in error I'd be scheduling a test with a hospital or lab on the SAME DAY to clear the air. Especially for a measly pittance of a hundred fucking dollars.

Dick can whine about muh gubmint and muh poppy seeds and whatever other retarded cope he wants. Until Nick can front another hair follicle test that shows his daughter has no coke in her system, the government has the better case. Take that up with Nick.
