I usually buy 4 packs of rib eyes from Costco, around a pound each. It averages to about $10 per steak. Season with salt and pepper then vacuum seal it. The cook time is normally 2 hours at your desired doneness temp. You can also cook them from frozen, you just have to increase the cook time by 50 percent. So 2 hours for Fresh 3 hours for Frozen. You can finish them on a cast iron, grille or just hit it with a kitchen torch.

All I know is that before I repudiated anime, all gyaru characters in anime looked like Trisha Paytas goblin caricatures.
