Nick is actually the biggest retard in the universe. After all that huffing and puffing on his stream he's now fighting with randos on twitter about his actual ongoing criminal case concerning the fate of his children. His kids are like one step away from going to the white trash version of the foster home portrayed in The Wire. It's fucked up getting institutionalized as a kid, even temporarily, even for a few weeks. These places are not good, even the nice one's are basically half-way houses. Half the kids have serious behavioral issues including random violence. In an urban setting you'll have 11 year olds with loose gang associations. 14 year old girls getting pregnant with plenty of self-harm and suicidal behavior. Every other day someone will just be hysterically screaming or smashing shit throughout the night.

Instead of being a good little statist boy and crossing his T's, dotting his I's. He's rage-posting on twitter. IHMO this is worse than actually intentionally dosing your 9 year old with hard drugs (within reasonable bounds). A marginal amount of cocaine will be nothing compared the serious psychological damage that comes from institutionalization.
I think you're conflating group homes with foster homes.

I'm not sure how they do foster homes in Minnesota, but in Ontario, Canada to be a foster parent you have to pass some pretty rigid standards. Have your own home, certain equity, tons of communication with the agency, etc.

In my previous career of a child and youth care worker (now fire fighter) I've worked for both group homes and foster homes. Group homes can be an absolute shit hole with children who have been absolutely fucked over in life. In contrast with foster parents I've worked with I never had an issue as they were all committed to being, well, foster parents.

There are plenty of cases where children who end up in foster care get abused even worse by the foster parents who are only doing it for the money than they would be with their original shitty parents.

It says a lot about Rekieta that this is one of those cases where a gamble on getting good foster parents (and I agree that is most of them) is better than having to spend another minute around these deranged, degenerate, evil cocaine addicts.

As annoying as he is, he's also correct. Don't give the state more rope to hang you with. Guilty or not guilty.
That's a good idea. If only there was hypothetically an amendment in a document that lays the basis for the legal system in the country he resides that says he can remain silent and the silence can't be used against him. Or that it's always considered the best operating procedure if you're being criminally charged to remain silent until acquitted or convicted.

Oh well, whether such a thing exists or not has slipped my mind. At least he doesn't have the legal training to know if that exists or not. Or represented people in criminal trials with said legal training. Or stated it at length in previous streams multiple times with no doubt it's him saying such things.

Imagine how bad that'd be if he hypothetically knew better and chose not to do that because he's incapable of taking criticism and believes he's the exception to everything. Lmao

Not sure if anyone pointed this out but one thing I found funny during Nicks last freak out stream was when he said the other lawyers who criticize him always tuck their balls in their ass when the government comes along, Nick....buddy....you not only endorsed but invested in a phallic device that did just that but literally. Come on...LOL
Ha! He is definitely NOT self aware.

Nick is live on locals.

EDIT:
Looks like he's trying to unfuck his streaming setup live.

This is true. Especially if he knew the result would be positive, which it certainly was. He was visibly high on cocaine with cocaine literally on his nose just a couple days before the raid.

If you knew it would be negative, though, it makes no sense.

Luckily for him, there's a fair possibility it can't be used in the criminal case, or at least can be effectively challenged.

No matter what happens in that trial, he's most likely not gonna be able to raise his kids ever again. And knowing that sick fuck, he probably would see that as a net positive. Hell, maybe that's why he's doing everything in his power to make himself look bad. All this bitching about the government and shit talking his judges is an attempt to get his kids out of his custody.
If my hypnosis is true then this makes things even more darker and I really hope this isn't true and he's just a retarded.

It speaks volumes that he is only live to the two standard deviations below average absolute retards on Locals.
His triumphant return to YouTube only lost him subs, and while he did make decent coin, so much of it was criticism and trolling that he hates seeing because they were probably true.

Next? Flee to the land of cult-member retards where criticism is nonexistent.

ThePromosedOnePS must be happy the leader has returned.

Ever seen ‘An American Crime’? It’s especially brutal since it’s based on a true story.

I suspect he questions when to stream on YouTube and Rumble next for fear of what else may be revealed to the world. :story:

Of course, due to his narcissism, he can admit no failing, so he would deny this vociferously. I hope the stress causes a stroke or heart attack.

The YT stream was a big loss for him, even with the superchats. He's torching his image.

I can't speak for all addictions everywhere, but Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) aka alcoholism is categorized as both a medical and a mental health condition and is classified as a disease. The physical craving for alcohol among chronic alcoholics is physiologically motivated--it isn't all in their heads, so to speak. Alcoholics also provably internally process alcohol differently from non-alcoholics. Further, although genetic research on the topic is in its infancy, there are indications certain markers denote a propensity for alcohol addiction.

The mental obsession--that aspect of the disease one would define as mental--combined with the physical craving mentioned above make stopping incredibly difficult for chronic alcoholics, which is why so many are unable to achieve longterm (or any) sobriety. They take it all the way: jails, institutions, and death.
I kinda doubt Nick is just an alcoholic from a genetic perspective. He strikes me as someone who is an alkie psychologically as well. He seems to have a psychological need to alter his perception as opposed to just having a physical urge to get drunk. This would explain his use of other drugs as well.

I generally have a great amount of empathy for alkies because it is something that is insanely hard to deal with. Not just due to the physical and psychological problems it entails. You also have to deal with the fact every fuckin store is selling a relapse. Heroin junkies just need to cut off other heroin junkies and not go looking for the next hit, alkies need to walk by the beer section at the grocery and actively say no.

I think Nick actively hates himself deep down and desperately wants to escape reality. Alcohol was easily available so he drank a fuckton, then he found other ways to escape reality so started doing that too. He's not a genetic drunk (despite being a Polack), he's just a miserable piece of shit scumbag who can't face reality.
