That's likely not true. Only certain people will have access to information like that. A permissions system would be built into Twitch/Twitch's management software and for various security reasons only people who need access to certain data will have access to that data.

I wouldn't go as so far to say that "you might as well have abused the kid", but I agree that you're definitely doing something terrible.
