Someone allegedly clipped April in the background.
On top of everything else, it's really gross and weird how Nick and Kayla are still keeping up their gross and weird druggie throuple bullshit with April even after they've all been arrested for the child-endangering behaviors that comes with being a gross and weird druggle throuple in a house (formerly) full of several children.

No remorse at all. Nick's mind never left Hedonism II, now his life is an eternally swinging pendulum of drugs, child neglect, and extramarital sex and cohabitation. Doesn't matter if it puts his career and livelihood at risk, just gotta keep raising those dopamine levels as if there's no limit.

No, the withdrawal process is a result of physical addiction. It refers directly to withdrawal, which is how people can die if they quit alcohol or opioids too quickly. Addiction is a dependency. The word has been watered down which is why you’re confused, in modern times some scientists use dependency exclusively (which is the definition of addiction) because of people watering down the term, which is how you’re using the word.

They don’t refer to alcohol as a “substance with a difficult physical withdrawal process”— which is not a useful definition or differentiator and just vague. They just say it’s addiction or the body (central nervous system for alcohol) becomes dependent on it. What you’re saying is your personal opinion, I was using the definitions of words to distinguish the physical properties of drugs. The central nervous system being reliant, dependent, addicted, is not a ”mental” struggle other than the fact these processes are controlled by the brain.

Don’t confuse your confusion with mine.

All of which is to say, I wonder if Nick’s cockaine use overtook is alcohol consumption and made it easier to “quit“ drinking. He probably still drinks off-stream or mixes it in with the energy drinks he has on-stream, but it’s a possibility that he’s temporarily stopped because he has a criminal trial coming up.
Correct, people often confuse addiction and physical dependency. I'm no expert, but I have met many people with alcohol addiction issues, none of them were so dependent that they would get DTs if they go cold turkey. Maybe I am naive, but I think in regards to alcohol that such a level of dependency is fairly uncommon.
At 0:38 in that clip, I hear a sniff followed by the sliding of a plate across a table, like people sharing drugs. I also hear another long sniff (maybe an inhale but sounds sniffy to me) at around 0:55. These morons haven't changed ANY behavior.

Edit: fixed the times from 0:28 and 0:45 to 0:38 and 0:55.
I want to hoist Nick up on the cross like the rest of us, but I think it sounds like he is opening and closing and a drawer. Which also fits the context of their discussion of looking for an ethics complaint.

I don't need this nigger to fight for my right to have mountains of cocaine, because I figured this amazing idea out, long ago. If you don't want to be arrested for having mountains of cocaine, just don't do cocaine!

Oh, you can do all the cocaine that you like and mostly nobody will give much of a fuck. The secret is to not publicly flaunt it, and particularly not to do so in front of your conservative parishioners who all have relationships with your children and are worried about the fact that they appear to be going rapidly downhill.
power? crowder?

Powder? As opposed to rock?

Nick thinks he's the joker but he's just a clown

There must be some kinda way outta here,
Said the Joker to the Queef,
I need more cocaine and confusion,
I need that massage parlour hand relief,
Kino Casino may mock my plight
Kiwi Farmers roll around in mirth,
But none of them have the slightest clue,
How much my art collection is worth

All along the cucktower,
Aaron and Kayla kept my view,
While all the winemoms came and went,
Barefoot children too,
Outside in the cold distance
A strangled skunk did growl,
The cop cars are approaching,
As a nigger's penis ruptures my bowel...

I wonder if he's planning on throwing Kayla under the bus. I think April is definitely there, but I wonder if Kayla isn't.
This will be genuinely one of the most horrendous things he will do. So yeah, I fully expect he will.
I don't care much for Kayla, but she appears to have had at least a tiny bit of genuine human feelings in her - she had that stream years ago where she cried over feeling like she's not a good mom (yeah, well, she isn't).
There was a time I was hoping that if she ever sees all the bullying against her on KF, she will have a BIG breakdown, and then wise up, take the kids and leave Nick. But it appears she took the coping route - stand by the man who's destroying you, and take drugs and medications to keep your natural instincts muted.
And now it's too late to just leave, it's gonna be very complicated to get the kids back if Nick throws her under the bus, and she doesn't even know how her future will look like - will she be found guilty? Will she be under probation, community service, maybe even some time in prison? How do you even plan your life when this is hanging over head, all whilst your husband is giggling with his mistress on stream, and your kids are taken away?
She fucked up baaaaaad. The only way out is to attack Nick before he destroys her, and if she's not already working hard on that, she will never get out.

No Christian, Now that the Sonichu demon has removed Nick Rekieta from your life, you and your new father, Robert/Bob Chandler Rekieta shall recreate the cycle.

Get drawing some shitty comics! Zap to the EXTREME!!
I unironically want some Chris merch/collectibles.

As for the cursed medal, I can't seem to find a straight answer as to whether the "genuine" ones or the "knock-off" ones carry the curse, so I'll hold off on that for now.

Since it will probably be deleted when hes sober or told to:

The children have a lawyer and there is a separate GAL.

This is why I linked info on McKenna's law regarding kids having the right to a lawyer during removal situations. https://clcmn.org/2017/05/01/mckenna-ahrenholz-didnt-know-she-had-a-right-to-an-attorney/
McKenna's law is named for McKenna Ahrenholz. Allegedly, she and her four siblings were sometimes neglected by their single father. Who was working an actual job without any support, not streaming his drinking habits for a few hours every second night and cohabitating with several others who helped look after the kids. Jesse Ahrenholz had no help providing spagghetios from their mother, or random disgusting freaks who think they're Anthony Cumia or their whore junkie wives as Rekieta did.

Despite the neglect, none of the Ahrenolz kids overdosed on Schedule II drugs, unlike Nick's kids. From news reports at the time, unlike Nick, Jesse Ahrenholz at least seems to have wanted to have his kids around, and to want to look after them even if he was not great at it and he couldn't just fob it off on a nanny. Not a great parent, perhaps, but at least he didn't hate his kids.

TLDR: Nicholas Robert Rekieta is a worse and lazier father than a guy who caused his daughter to have a law named after her as a symbol of child neglect.

Funnily enough, if you look at lil' Ms McKenna's father's Facebook page, it sure do seem like he might have something in common with a lot of other bad fathers in modern Ammurrica. Which is to say, he may have been making life altering bad choices that for someone born with the name 'Brad' or 'Charles', or 'Bruce Jenner' would cause them to pick something that they feel better represents them, like 'Sapphire', 'Daisy', 'Crystal', or 'Tiffany'. Fortunately he was born 'Jesse', so no name change needed. When is Nicola Rekieta going to embark on her trans arc?

Is this hard to understand? I guess Nick's argument might appeal to cokeheads, and grifters like Barnes.

But for the rest of us, just avoid the whole cocaine bust thing by not having cocaine.
But what do you do when your family, community, church, state and law enforcement all conspire against you by patiently waiting several years for you to tank your own career, lose your contracts, develop a visible crippling substance addiction, get sued for repeatedly and unambiguously falsely labelling someone a child molester and then they plant cocaine at your house and stage a raid to dismantle your empire?

There's simply no way to prepare for that. Nick was too powerful and had to be stopped. People who actually believe this are extremely intelligent.

Worth considering how these events affected each one of them. We know Kayla felt guilty about being a terrible mother at some point, so it's plausible she still maintains some degree of introspection. All that means is she likely doubled down on substance abuse to escape from reality and doesn't come out of her room, while Nick and April are playing discount Bonnie and Clyde or something. Nick is delusional, and April is a crack whore who doesn't care.

I kind of expected Nick to at least try being better at first, but he dodges my every attempt at assuming best about people. I'm frankly impressed at his persistence to dig deeper, it's incredible.

He looks fucking miserable in this frame, contemplating putting a gun in one's mouth kinda look.
Imagine how a normal person would feel in this situation, if they weren't delusional and cocked out like Nick. All these problems, public humiliation, ruined career, destroyed family - I don't think I'd be able to bear it.
RetardgicQtard is a fucking idiot, Nick had overwhelming support from his community until recently. We didn't make him do drugs, or make him make his kids do drugs, for that matter.

Plus, keep up a charade that everything is fine, and go on camera every week attempting to talk about literally anything except the herd of elephants in the room and everyone laughing and pointing at you, which you don’t even have to do as a job.
If he’s managing to cheerfully do that with all the shit hanging over his head, without cocaine, he must be a full on psychopath.

Is that really such a bad thing? he ruined his kids lives, traumatised them and likely permanently fried the brain of his 9 year old daughter with drugs.
I think the gun in mouth look would suit him very well.

2 coke streams, damn dude, ralph only had one pill stream,

Rackets is dead set to be the biggest LOLcow of all time. . . . .
If this shit is real
It's real. Don't forget the CPS report stated they were refusing drug tests. Which was the sole thing preventing them from being able to see their kids again.
They'd rather do drugs than talk to their kids in person. Its absolutely real.

Are the kids even gonna get money if he blows his brains out? Pretty sure most of his estate is gonna go to Montegraph

In regards to the famous heat allergy that's leading to Nick's Meth Sores, isn't this the same guy who bought a hot tub and often streams from it? Isn't he the same guy who went to a Jamaican resort in the late Summer of 2022 to hang around with his wife on subtropical nude beaches? and then went back one year later? strange how when he returned and wore that gross tank top and shorts he didn't seem to have any of the same "heat rashes" on his arms and legs that he has nowadays.

There was a time I was hoping that if she ever sees all the bullying against her on KF, she will have a BIG breakdown, and then wise up, take the kids and leave Nick.
Honestly I think the fact she’s following Nicks advice and not submitting tests so she can get access to her children says it all about her priorities. I get he’s a lawyer and I get she’s a complete dumb bitch but that’s usually the point those women see sense. I am highly sceptical she will get a jail term but she needs one, genuinely for her own betterment.

Not sure if it’s been noted in the thread yet but Camelot and Aaron both are saying the same stuff about how Nick talks about coke, the benefits, and justifies it. I think outlining Aaron’s stories when they have corroboration important. But yes, Nick does not believe he’s done anything wrong to this point. No doubt Kayla has heard it all too. The whole theory of giving their kid coke for her ADHD and shit is becoming more and more plausible. Maybe rubbed some on her gums? Like those parents who put whiskey on the milk bottle nipple to ‘help‘ the baby sleep.
In regards to the famous heat allergy
It might be a sudden change thing, where the different temperature suddenly sets them off, which weather and a hot tub does not typically do. The same happens with people allergic to cold, which I know someone who had that on their hands as a kid. Or maybe April was confused and it was a sweat/heat allergy.
