The life of this retard must be amazingly stressful, they can never relax, they can never trust, everyone is out to get them, birds aren't real, everything is poisoned, and every red dot comes from a sniper. Having experienced that briefly before, I'd say that being uberdefeatist and schizoblackpilled is the absolute worst state of mind in terms of wellbeing, and I hope every Nick apologist is gonna be stuck in this phase permanently.
I have sympathy for them. Not the Nick apologists specifically, they're obviously retarded, but I view schizo retards almost like an immune response, an inflammation, to a sick society. The world's gone mad and there's a lot of twisted people out there with a platform and equally deranged people who support them. That's why we're here, to gawk at the absurdity of the people of the modern world. The schizo retards... are just a brand of normie who at least have the wherewithal to understand something is wrong, but are still hopelessly inept, unable to parse that feeling into anything worthwhile, so latch onto whatever they possibly can. I do wonder if things got "better" we'd see less of them. Would people like Nick have fewer paypigs if the world was better economically and mental health was better? Almost certainly, right?

Let's check in on Nick's YouTube metrics!

Uh huh. I see.

Down to 443k subs, as of today. Loss rate is over 1k per week now. That loss rate is the highest I think I've ever seen it.

Good job, Nick! You didn't arrest the exodus with your bullshit. You've accelerated it!

Meanwhile, how's @elb doing?

Very interesting.

Clearly, Elb is the patrician choice for watching Nick!

:story:

I watched last night and it was really difficult to process. Awkward pauses, his self-consciousness on full display, he looked uncomfortable and nervous...

He really should just stop streaming fwiw. Maybe reinvent himself after his trial and sentence.
Forcing Judge and Jury to sit through these streams probably qualifies as a Cruel and Unusual Punishment of the Judge and Jury. Can they tack on extra punishment at sentencing for being a Youtuber?

Somebody with more than me should go through and clip some of the shit out this old video. I just kinda skipped through, but there is some funny shit in this. Some i did find while skipping through were-

39:34 - lady rackets starts going into all of her various issues, with one notable comment about "medication" then catches herself and says they're from her doctor
47:37-48:16 - convo that ends with a very swingerish "joke"
2:33:32 - lady rackets makes another.... very interesting joke.... about black things, lol

oh, and if you read through the timestamps in the comments you can find other topics, just don't have enough time to really look through them. One was about the Joker, but i haven't listened yet (watching the euros)

Good lord she's a nutty bitch, just in general. I can't believe that wholesome chungus Midwestern Flanders family image endured at all in retrospect.

For anyone who wants to go through old videos: as long as it's on Youtube and has a transcript, it can be AI-summarized using harpa.ai. This can make finding interesting parts a lot faster.

Can Nick still be redeemed? Of course.
I don't know if you are the "everyone can be redeemed" kind of person, but I would await for more information before saying something like this.

At the pace we are descending, things could go VERY DARK. Specially if it turns out they were purposely giving the 8y child drugs... I pray this won't be the case, but I can't deny the possibility anymore.

Can Nick still be redeemed? Of course
I had a visceral reaction to your post lol.
No he can't be redeemed. He would have to go through complete mental breakdown. Literally destroy everything he is, all of his ego, all convictions, all perception of the world and of himself. Rewrite and redefine everything he knows and understands. And even then, there would be a big question of how is he gonna relearn - who and what will he be looking up to, and see as an example of what he wants to be.
At his age, with all the life experiences he had - creating a large family, making himself an e-celeb - this is extremely unlikely. He would literally have to stop being him, in every aspect. Not just drugs and alcohol, he would have to rewire his brain. This takes years - and he's already middle aged, and his brain isn't as malleable.

He was sober when he decided he doesn't want to be sober anymore. He had a happy family, wealth, community, opportunities, and just everything any normal person can ever dream of - and he was sober when he decided this is not good enough for him, and he wants to throw it all away. Rehab wouldn't fix him, his brain is defective.

So basically to remake Nick into a functional human being we'd have to do some MK Ultra shit

This has all gotten pretty dark so as a ***POWER LEVEL*** cop (highway patrol) I'm volunteering my professional skills to help solve the Dennys questions and maybe bring a little levity.

There is a Dennys off the freeway in my beat but I've never actually been there. I'm not sure why, I'm not a health nut or anything, I eat other fast foods. I've just never been able to even conceptualize going into Dennys. So this is a new experiment for all of us.

Here's the menu. I did struggle with it a bit so I showed my work.

Another common Nick L

I still can't believe he hasn't just humbled himself, admitted he fucked up and has a drug problem, admitted himself into treatment, even just an IOP drug treatment program. The wonders that this little bit of effort would do for both his criminal case and CPS case.
It is what any attorney would recommend IF you actually wanted your old life and family back.

That's a strong IF in regards to Nick though. We're clearly dealing with a complete narcissistic psychopath that knows better than any conventional thinking of what a path to redemption in the eyes of the state much less the public would see. Somehow he still has a delusional fan base that thinks he can do no wrong and it's almost like they're egging him on to continue this defiant behavior naively expecting it is in his best interests because of course Nick knows best. He is the 21st centuries foremost legal genius after all, just ask poor Vic.

Of course he is loving all of this attention and is going to take the hardest road possible which is sure to generate the most attention. He craves maximum attention whether good or bad and doesn't care about the innocents involved.

Part of me thinks he's just drawing this out as long as possible and then finally will come to his senses if offered a reasonable plea offer. Surely he is not crazy enough to take this to a jury trial.

He will reap what he sows I suppose.

Can Nick still be redeemed? Of course. Even with all the horrible stuff he's done, it's all been on drugs. He can kick the habit and get his life back together. A sincere, unqualified mea culpa and putting himself in rehab would go a long way.

Will he be redeemed? From all the information we have so far, there's absolutely no indication. He hasn't owned anything. He's blamed everyone else, deflected, lied and basically said he's going to keep doing what he wants for the foreseeable feature. What he should be doing right now is getting on his hands and knees, crying his heart out and apologizing to everyone for all the horrible things he's done to his friends and family. He should be begging for forgiveness and admitting what he's done is the most horrible thing he could do, and he never wants to be this person again.

Instead, he's doing the typical crackhead thing where he won't admit to anything, even when he's caught red-handed. He thinks he can be a good parent and still snort coke and down booze. He won't admit he has a problem, and can't even start to fix it.
Redeemed towards who?
Public opinion? I mean... only if his retarded conspiracy theory is true.
Family? Sure, provide financial stability, get sober and get out of the fucking way; you lost the privilege of instilling morals onto your family.
Audience? If you are a new viewer that came for the hedonist shit, probably a heartfelt apology would do; if you are an old viewer, he absolutely made a mockery of everything you cared about, so you would be a retard.
Weeb from Comic Wars? You that are beyond redemption.

He was full of righteous indignation in Tuesday's stream 🙄 huffing about not owing anything to anyone because he hasn't done anything requiring an apology.
The only people he owes an apology & explanation to are his children, but that would require something he seems to be incapable of: remorse, humility & accountability.

Since I can’t quote this post properly I’m reposting it here for any cooking aficionados.

Here is a collection of culinary arts information and resources called “Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking” (valued at $625.00).
Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking is a 2011 cookbook by Nathan Myhrvold, Chris Young and Maxime Bilet. The book is an encyclopedia and a guide to the science of contemporary cooking. It is notable for the use of elaborate equipment that many non-professional kitchens lacked at the time and for its lush photography, particularly its tricky cross-sectional images of ovens, barbecue grills, and woks, apparently caught in the act of cooking the food inside them, though this isn't physically possible; rather, each individual part of the cooking apparatus was hand-cut in a nearby metal shop and then photographed, the food—already cut in half—was shot at high shutter speed, and the images of both were combined into one in post production. The book was not published by a traditional publishing house. With no publishers thinking that the book would be profitable, Myhrvold and the culinary research and development lab known as The Cooking Lab published the book themselves.

Can any Kiwi Law Tards give an estimate of what Nick's burn rate must look like between his civil defamation case, his criminal case and his CPS case. By the time all these matters are settled the total cost of all 3 is going to be ruinous. To a normal person. To Nick? Not sure. Would be ironic if it was a million dollars.
I don't think he's going to make it to $1 million, but he's going to try to get close. Criminal cases are cheaper than civil cases, but going full retard with Randazza does make his defamation a bit more expensive. I'm going to throw these estimates out there:
  • Defamation case: $200-300k Randazza fees + $50k damages + Monty's $50k of legal fees
  • Criminal case: $100k for going full retard on the search warrant and taking the thing all the way through appeals and trial + whatever fine he gets
  • CPS case: probably <$50k, but I have the least idea about this and how retarded he can be
Also, I'm not a lawyer, but I pay them a lot of money. To be clear, he's vastly overpaying for the Monty case and I expect he will do the same for the criminal thing. $100k is the cost of a pretty complex criminal case, and while Nick does not have one, he will make one.
