I still think the kid just got into the coke by mistake. Which is horrible and shows exactly why a drug addict can't be a good parent.
I'm still hoping that was a lab mistake. And he did not give his daughter coke on purpose to keep her quiet. If he did that, he deserves the the Wall.

Even if she took it by mistake, this nigger deserves everything that comes his way.

It was about a thousand or so pages ago, but somebody posted Minnesota's sentencing guidelines for drug offences.
It's highly unlikely for a first-time offender like Nick to do any jail time, even for second degree possession.
He'll be required to go into rehab and keep his nose clean for about five years.
For somebody like Nick, this is basically a death sentence.

If he was going to clean up his act, he would've already since the arrests. Every behavior from him seems to just be a double down. From posting the unconditional bail, or the lack of action to get his kids back. He's got April with him and at least one of them seems to have been doing drugs. He's getting into slap fights on social media. The examples go on.

He'll likely to trial, lose, and get prison time for wasting everybody's time. Or he'll take a deal, get a suspended sentence, fuck that up somehow, and go to prison that way.

I think he's gonna do some time, either way.

Perhaps it's time to gather up Nick's defense strategy with a bit more precision that has thus far been made (on any of the 3 threads) with the fire hose of retardation Nick has been spewing. (I encourage everyone to go back to look at his streams post-arrest with new eyes if you care about this. I'm sure I'm missing some things.)
  1. Search warrant is inadmissible based on church gossips, as articulated by Barnes and implied by Nick. Big yawn on that. It will hold up. Sadly, the leak of the CPS document will give the Judge some pause, but I'm sure it will still hold up.

  2. I wasn't there. It was April/Kayla's coke! That's new information from last night. He is indeed throwing Kayla (and potentially April) under the bus. Separately, Kayla's family should consider starting the process of conservatorship or whatever MN's version of the Baker Act is. I'm genuinely concerned for this woman. She needs to get out of there and have at least a few clean days to consider what she's facing.

  3. The coke sample for Audreyrose was an error [based on what Nick DMed to Null.]. Yes, that evidence will probably be used in the criminal trial. I asked a retired DA in my family. He said this (I wrote it down), "Of course, it's evidence for family and criminal court. It's up to the criminal judge whether it's admissible evidence for the crimes he's charged with. In this case, it goes to neglect." He went on to say that the kids were under State custody when the samples were taken so it's fair game and 100% evidence that can be used in a criminal case. (Btw, I am awaiting the charges for Nick to be amped up based on this evidence.)
What am I missing?

I still think the kid just got into the coke by mistake. Which is horrible and shows exactly why a drug addict can't be a good parent.

If he was using it to medicate the child... hoo boy, that's a low I don't know if you can come back from.
Going by the amount of cocaine on the folicle test (5000 picograms), and if the test is proven to be accurate, you have 2 options:
A) A big spike in a dose which would have resulted in dire consequences
B) Periodic exposure over-time.

So the most logical conclusion (at least to me) is the second one.

Sadly, the leak of the CPS document will give the Judge some pause, but I'm sure it will still hold up.
I wouldn't bet on it imo. CPS case is separate from the criminal case and in any case it was a publicly accessible document so I would assume its less relevant that it leaked. Anyone able to get the department with the access terminals could have done it.

I think it's either one of two things. They found out that their child was (is?) hooked on coke and tried to wean her off, or it's a "treatment" for ADHD and violence. A druggie is going to notice their drugs missing at some point, aint no way a child can hide it for very long....or without OD'ing. Especially not a drug as expensive as coke

The farms: "HE SAID IT. HE SAID THE THING!" *Champagne cork pops can be heard in very isolated locations around the world*
Belongs in random.txt
I think what breaks my heart the most is that his kids likely know why they can't be with their parents right now, and as hard as that must be for them, Nick is acting like he has nothing to apologize for, and is reveling in his "free time". Nick, I know you're reading this thread. I hope you see this message. You've ruined your legacy completely. You will not be remembered as a lawyer or a content creator anymore. Instead you'll be the crack fiend who threw away the whole world so you could fuck actual whores. Many will celebrate your death, Nick, and you did it all to yourself. I know you're a sociopath with a wet brain, but I hope that somewhere inside your degenerate mind you feel a semblance of shame for your actions. We care more about your children than you do.
Frankly I think of Nick was any less serious he’d be making a video now: “how to make the state give you FREE child are with this one weird trick (cops hate it!)”
Not that I know him but he seems to be taking this whole state-took-my-kids-thing in stride. ESP knowing that even in a best case scenario I think CFS would be following the Rekeita kids for years even if the criminal case was somehow resolved favorably to Nick and Kayla.

There is no imaginable scenario where Nick does not need to be put against a wall and shot.
Even in a magical scenario where the little girl didn't ingest copious amounts of cocaine and this was all a lab error, the fact that "did balldo's 9 year old daughter get into his cocaine stash" is a topic of discussion is proof enough that a wall would be merciful.

Well, let's see. Ralph never:
  • Got charged for drug possession.
  • Appeared on stream with cocaine smeared on his face.
  • Got any of his kids to directly consume hard drugs.
  • Exposed other people's children to drugs.
  • Got charged with criminal child neglect or child abuse.
  • Did anything illegal with firearms.
  • Got physically abused by his girlfriends or wives.
  • Participated in a polycule.
  • Became such a public nuisance that his own church had to disavow him.
  • Went on stream to confirm the veracity of incriminating legal documents (IT'S NAWT TRUU).
Things that Ralph has done:
  • Beat up Andy Warski in a Florida hotel.
  • Got PPP to sperg out on the internet so badly that his church excommunicated him.
  • Ended Matt Jarbo's career.
  • Doxxed Nick Fuentes' lieutenants.
  • Helped convince Coach Red Pill to get himself killed in the Ukraine.
  • Fired Gator.
  • Fired Flamenco.
  • Fired Randbot.
  • Created the sektur.
  • Earned over a million dollars without being born a trust fund baby.
Ralph smoked meth on stream which is way worse then some cocaine
on the nose

They need to load this shyster faggot feet first into an industrial bacon slicer.

i know it's probably been talked about already, but after watching this clip i really get the feeling this dumb fucker is gonna skip the argument of whether there were drugs in the house and go straight to "you can't prove dat blow waz mine, bish!" which, considering it was found in his house, in his bedroom is such a terrible idea. it's like when you watch cops and they pull drugs out of a guys pocket and he starts saying these aren't his pants.

i can see 3 different strategies he might go with:

option 1: i can see both nick and kayla arguing "it's not mine officer!" and hope if they can't prove which one of them definitively owned it that means they both go free.

option 2: nick throws kayla under the bus and says she owns it. thus leaving him free to continue to smash 29 year old cokehead box and also getting rid of the old ruined body goblin he hates so much.

option 3: since Aaron is the only one who has straight up admitted to doing coke nick and kayla blame it all on him saying "it was all aaron's coke officer, he brought it into my house where my children sleep so i threw him out! I found his secret stash the day you came by, i was actually gonna bring it down to the station and file a report when you busted down my door!"

all 3 of these option are retarded but then again so is nick :story:

For anyone who wants to go through old videos: as long as it's on Youtube and has a transcript, it can be AI-summarized using harpa.ai. This can make finding interesting parts a lot faster.

That's also a noted feature of Google's Gemini Ai:
"This video is about a conversation between Youtuber Nick Ricotta, host of the channel Rekieta Law, and his guest Lady Rackets. They talk about various topics including the movie Joker, incel culture, and CBD oil."

Though I'd wager I'm the only one still trying to find some damn use for Gemini.
