A weather channel recording with spoopy edits maybe. When I was a kid I would usually watch the forecast with my mom, and one day at my grandma's the TV was on the news channel (by the same company) and during downtime they would have a weather forecast program that was similar to the one I knew, but just looping over and over without any kind of presenter speaking, and with music playing in the background that I at the time found to be kinda eerie. But what puzzled me the most about it were the places it covered - the normal weather broadcast would obviously cover my country and its vicinity in Europe, but this one was all over the place. I mean what the fuck is a "Mallorca" or "Tunis"? This was before I had geography in school, I'd never heard of them.
Naturally it was just a completely normal weather broadcast during summer intended for people traveling for vacations. I'll probably never forget that odd impression though. For this reason even though it's like the cliche of all cliches I'm intrigued by the idea of a weather forecast showing weird nonexistent places or unusual conditions. Most people who do this kind of shit probably steer it towards emergency weather alerts and shit like that but that just ruins it imo.
