It has been on the back burner for a while, but it is needed due to the 5 years of lore that make it hard for new watchers to appreciate his history.

I hope to get a start this weekend with some of the major highlights that are not in the OP (e.g. What is Juju to Nick?, Who is Eric July?, When did he say he was a 'trad dad'?, and others) Feedback when done is always appreciated.

So how long is everybody really planning on keeping this board up and running?

While Nick and crew, as US Citizens, do theoretically enjoy a 6th Amendment right to a speedy trial- we need only look at the Chris-Chan case and the endless parade of continuances after continuances for proof that this shit could drag on for literal years before we get any kind of resolution. Nick's next date in court isn't until August anyways, and I personally am doubtful that there's going to be any kind of major activity that warrants a whole subforum... from experience I can tell you people awaiting trial and people who are in jail (not prison) tend to be on their best behavior and keep a low profile because they're trying to get a good outcome... granted, the factor of Nick being a addict who may be in short supply of his poisons of choice could cause him to spiral and do something stupid but if that happens then the book gets thrown at him, he get sent to the clink for a very long time, and subsequently we get a massive content drought.

Will this eventually just be a permanent Rekeita board? That might come with it's own problems- just look at the current state of the Gunt subform or how the ADF board was in it's final few months of existence pre-spergatory. Content droughts tend to be inevitable with any lolcow- and death and lengthy prison sentences can often be a permanent end to the story.

That's the thing though...he's not most people, he's a lolcow. He's doubling down instead of doing what most rational "people awaiting trial" do, and appears to be doing the opposite of keeping a low profile or trying to get a good outcome. There have already been several unexpected developments. I get what you're saying, but maybe it should be revisited if/when things actually do wind down.

Bunch of the highlights in the Rekeita thread are brain dead noncontributory movie clips and random pop culture references used like reaction images. Can the jannies get their balldoes out of their asses and sweep this shit? If I report short clips being used in lieu of reaction images will they get deleted? Some of this shit has been setting around getting updooted into highlights for days. I am over 150 pages behind and it's from people using the thread like a fucking chatroom and trying to snipe each other to the actual updates. The feature zombie problem won't go away if the fucking jannies won't sweep them up and people don't know what to report. Like, is reporting a highlight fine if enough retards apparently love movie clips so much it's better than the actual discussion? maybe the guidance to use the meme thread/chatroom needs to be bigger.
