I don't understand how she's able to stretch her ears considering she lives off air and spite, and looks abt 65. Theres no way her ears are able to handle stretching repeatedly and yet she seems to be abt a 4g. Truly amazing. Although its hard to see how much skin is around her tunnel and if shes close to a blow out or not.

Got a jumpscare by clicking on this thread for the first time. This is probably the closest I’ve seen the skull details of living human being without the skin not being missing. Fucking creepy.
She should consider donating her body to science after she passes away. The fact she’s still alive after nine years of being a walking skeleton is incredible. If only such gifts of longevity and resilience were yielded to a kinder person.

Not to mention that we already know the effect that severe anorexia has on the body, plenty spoops have died in the past it's not like she'd be the first to be autopsied or sth. Pretty sure this has come up ITT a number of times already over the years

Look at this picture (I think it's just one of the things when I googled "65+". Notice something?
The picture was taken when all of them were living humans. Now go back up to her pictures. Does that look like a "living human" to you?
Also, notice that their skin colors are normal--white people, black people, American mystery meat people. None of them are "extras from Thriller"-colored.

She goes well beyond "severe anorexia" levels, people like Rachael Farrokh have made partial recoveries (Farrokh now just looks like a withered old woman in her 90s despite actually being just 40-something). Pretty sure that it's going to be "heart was the size of a peppercorn"-style findings.

Still nothing new to science. As has been said about other cows in other threads, she's not the worst or most extreme example of her particular flavour of [insert interesting/horrifying thing here], she's just more prone to posting about it on social media, which is a large part of cowdom.
Anorexia has a very high mortality rate, yes, but as with stuff like heroin addiction or self harm or other destructive behaviours that can lead one to an early death there are a surprising amount out there that survive to be quite old despite the severity of their condition/addiction/whatever. The difference is that most stay under the radar as far as is possible, whereas Ash and other horrorcows like her feed primarily on our attention and shock at the state they're in.
(Also, bless your cottons for assuming AshLich has a heart at all when she's proven this wrong so very many times over the years

She would have the quickest autopsy ever. Her family should get a discount for that, as well as for buying a skinny box to bury her in or a cremation that would probably only take a few minutes.
It's the opposite of how a deathfat's family has to shell out extra for a double-wide casket or a special cremation oven that also poses the danger of a grease fire.

I last logged in back in 2022. Remembered I had an account, and logged in. I was briefly curious as to whether Ashley was still among the living, so I decided to revisit the thread. I expected it to be long dead (pun...intended?).
But no. The Lich still lives.
I don't know whether or not I should find comfort in that.
