t. A vtuber simp who has brain damage from constantly hitting his head against the wall acting like a sped. Is your little circlejerk group still angry they couldn't get into my Ponydome server? Fucking main character syndrome sounding ass low-life ghost & vtuber simping failure.

Word on the grapevine is the Thunderdome and Inner Circle are dying and no longer being used. Meanwhile my server continues to thrive. Eat shit @Helmet Boy

Awww don't act like you're not a fan of my work. I mean both you and your butt buddy Anon_filly voted for me to become Troll of The Year in the Ghosties.

If you plan to go to Equestria or transform this world into an Equestrian-like place, and plan to be in a pony body, then your best course of action in terms of diet, is to stick with a vegetarian lifestyle.
Actual horse here. Equines are not obligate herbivores, and will regularly hunt and consume small animals (baby birds, mice, voles, etc.) to meet their protein and calcium requirements while grazing.

The only place where you should plan on going to is the glue factory.

Message to All Adult Male My Little Pony Fans

I don't think adults should be taking My Little Pony very seriously. It's a children's cartoon, and it shows. It's designed to hold up to very basic adult scrutiny, similar to the older Pixar films, but it's not something you should base your world view on.

After seeing MLP, and MLP:FIM (My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic) in particular, brought up in a couple of other threads, I read a couple of reviews as well as a plot summery and a few wiki pages. Based on this, I don't think it should be taken seriously. It is okay for adults to take fiction seriously in some cases, for example Red Storm Rising in the 1980s, or Simulacron-3 in the 1960s and 1970s, but even then it needs to be taken as fiction related to reality and not reality itself.

The first and most basic problem with My Little Pony as a serious topic is that "The Magic of Friendship" does not exist. It's not something that could be brought about either, so already most of the show's applicability is gone. This is most important when economic considerations are considered.

Further notes, that you may or may not consider issues with a fictional work, are: I) the instability of diarchy and the problem of existential risk; II) the highly dubious cosmology and astrophysics; III) the failure to directly confront the Condorcet paradox and Arrow's impossibility theorem; IV) the knife-edge conditions required to maintain the appearance of capitalism for extended periods of time; V) the reliance on a vulnerable resource (main characters) to maintain society; VI) improper teachings on the nature of realism in international relations; VII) the inapplicability of depicted international relations in a state of international anarchy, i.e. a multipolar world or a world where the hegemon is not friendly to any relevant party; VIII) the failure to correctly depict techno-capital acceleration, even to the degree already seen in real life; IX) the failure to realistically portray the breakdown of institutions in the face of biological terrorism and/or biological warfare; X) the failure to realistically depict logistics and the response to mass casualty events; XI) the lack of a coherent population ethics, the lack of a realistic demographic distribution, including the positive and negative feedback and feed-forward loops that cause it to evolve over time; XII) the failure of the show to complete the system of German idealism.

Maybe someone with better knowledge of the show can correct me, but I don't think think the collapse of technology (such as it is in the show) would cause such a high death spike as it would to us, because I don't think the methods we use to delay death, such as clean food and water, air conditioning, and drugs, especially insulin for Type 1 diabetics, are used in the show. Eventually the standard of living, especially in the cities, would decline without increased dependence on technology, as the mining practices presumably used are too slow to mine lower quality and more sparse mineral veins as the better and already discovered in-ground reserves run out.

Coming to economics, the situation is not good. Failing the knife edge, as is almost certain, and failing a quick and brutal transition to anarcho-primativism, leads the ponies either to slow decline and suffering, or pseudo-exponential growth.

In the growth case, even with the use of magic-based game theories to defeat various supply-chain and competition problems, e.g. the bullwhip effect and priority inversion, as the "exponential growth" phase of the sigmoid comes to an end and the economy crashes into hard cultural and moral limits, the planning of more short sighted agents would be disrupted and disruptive, causing a harmonic collapse in the various derivatives of living standards and population growth, possibly in bad cases even leading to a situation like ours, despite their great advantages.

The solution to this problem would either be to continue the techno-capital acceleration past cultural and moral limits, or dismantle the illusion of capitalism and either return to anarcho-primativism, or that not being acceptable, global dictatorial control by the diarchs, imposing eugenics and harsh technological limits and communication/information control programs.

To re-iterate my point, MY LITTLE PONY IS NOT REAL. You can't meet the ponies, there is no dimensional merge. You are bound by strict causality and the Hot Equations of thermodynamics. RULES: 0) you have to play the game; 1) you can't win; 2) you can't break even; 3: not even with the power of friendship. When you discuss the show, you are discussing a series of images drawn and pasted together on computers by underpaid laborers, paired with a mixed together audio track. The purpose of My Little Pony is to get little girls to ask their parents to buy them toys. In MLP:FIM, the creators may have done a better job than is usual in that scenario, but they can't escape the constraints that bind.

The purpose of a system is what it does (POSIWID):

In Friendship is Magic (FIM) what does the system do? It puts a group of girls and their dubiously ethical pseudo-pet into a category of iterated scenarios, that under realistic assumptions, would result in each of their individual death probabilities saturating to 100% minus epsilon on a horizon of mere years, failing party destruction or disbandment. Disbandment or destruction of the party would invariably result in the death of any remaining girls anyway, along with everyone else on the planet. This is the purpose of the system. This is what the diarchs Celestia and Luna want. What do you think of your gods now?

I just wrote it.
I'm rating you as autistic, but I want you to know it's not a negrate.
This is genuinely impressive autism. I can't tell whether Uncle Ted would be proud or rolling in his grave, but I enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing your essay with the class, Rain Man.

I can't believe he doesn't know about this. Horses will eat any small critter like that given the chance.

I dont think my roommate would want me talking about his flandre tulpa
For those not in the know, this is Flandre:

She is quite literally the prototypical '500 year old vampire who just happens to look like a little girl'.
I'll let you guys draw your own conclusions.
