Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

I was completely apolitical before this thread. His whole election I've had no stance and didn't want to vote. I still went but I didn't vote for Hillary or Trump (I wrote in Null, edgy).
But after reading this thread, I know I'm not a democrat. Republicans didn't chimp this hard the last 2 elections. How can people support this behavior? In another 4 years these will be the authors writing articles about the election and maybe working at CNN or whatever. And right now they're rioting in the streets beating people up based on the color of their white skin. Isn't this like, backwards?

They're not giving up, bless their hearts:

Shit, at least make an effort of making the guy look Like Trump! the joke makes no fucking sense because the dude isn't even orange or remotely similar to Donald Trump in appearance.
The entire Twitter thread is just exceptional.

If we want to stay with the DBZ analogies though, I guess you could say that even Vegeta was reduced to a crying mess by Trump.

Another funny thing. The people who call Pence the antichrist for conversion therapy, are the same types who call lesbians that don't suck girldick or gays that don't fuck guy-vaginas transphobic.

Why is one an acceptable form of shaming and the other bad?

Good luck with that, chaps. Wikipedia tells me that the last time a significant incident of faithless electors took place was in 1836, when the Democratic vice-presidential candidate lost out on 23 electoral votes from Virginia because they were butthurt that he'd been in an interracial sexual relationship with a black woman. They didn't vote for his opponent, though, they simply didn't vote. In that instance it went off to the Senate, who voted to install him as VP in any event.

Electors are usually chosen from the ranks of party members with a reputation for extreme loyalty to the party. At the most, they'd probably convince one or two electors to abstain from the Electoral College, in which case it will go to Congress to vote on the outcome and since Republicans now control both House and Senate it would end up being the Donald in charge anyhow.

And, at anyrate, these votes were won, fair and square (much to my chagrin), for Donald Trump. He won majority in the essential states.

The argument here should be we need electoral college reform. I would agree. At this point, it doesn't reflect the US population spread that well. Changing these votes, ironically, is about as fascist as you can get.

This is a democracy, snowflakes. Trump must become president. He won it, fair and square.

I find it very hard to muster any more sympathy for the dangerhair brigade, lefties or democrats right now, you were warned repeatedly about Hillary, you were warned repeatedly about identity politics. You were warned about lording your political views over other people. You were warned against importing a bunch of democratic voters. You were warned about shitting all over the white working class. And you didn't fucking listen. And now, you expect me to be sorry as a leftie and "bawwww" right along with you? Nah... I'm good, you seem to have made it clear that straight white guys aren't welcome in the party anymore.
