First time one of his thumbnails has gotten a laugh out of me in a really long time. Other than that, I find his issues with the texture of the liver kinda funny. It is a reasonable objection a lot of people have but maybe he should try preparing and eating it in any other way than in a massive pile of liver by itself before writing it off like that!

I'm not a fan of liver but you need to cook that stuff medium rare. Too much and the texture is like chewing on rubber.

Assuming Tammy's new job is in the same range as her old comptroller position, and assuming they brought in a healthy profit from the sell of the Hendersonville house, there's still no way they are bankrolling having bought that house, and building a new house.

Melt some butter in a pan, start sautéing some chopped onion then toss the liver in, you can let the liver soak in milk (actual milk) while chopping the onion and melting the butter. Of course it's going to taste like shit when you get lamb/cow liver, soak it water, and just overcook it with a bunch of spices poured on it.

Can't this fat sack of shit get something that won't break in 3 years? Miele or Viking might be too much but there's a bunch of good American brands. General Electric's stuff is still pretty good even after a Chinese buyout. Whirlpool is decent as well, both of these are on the same general price level as Samsung or LG which has many common issues, such as the icemaker failing and the freezer throwing up.

I look forward to those Samsung garbage appliances failing on him.

My favorite part of the livestreams is when the chat on his side updates and scrolls back up. Making him think new chats are happening, and he answers questions he's already answered 30 minutes prior.

TamHam designed the new house. Jack was confused at the idea of a mud room that was in the original design before Tammy took over the design process. Jack also forgot that he had previously put out a "Everybody needs a Tammy" shirt before Rob reminded him. The house will also have two kitchens, which I didn't know before the livestream. The way he described how he wants to run the "studio kitchen" reminds me of the old Magic Bullet infomercial. There is going to be a bar area for guests to come watch him cook and eat the food.
