It sounds like they have no physical location, only a group that meets up at places they can hire for free. The unity amongst group members make them sound more like a cult than an open church. So we're looking at either an Americano ripoff of the Jehovah's Witnesses minus the door to door salesmen, or a clone of Westboro Baptist Church without the death threats and moronic talk show appearances. The Point is a church in Charlottesville, VA. Besides "Protestant" I can't tell much about how it compares to other Protestant churches, denominations, etc.

I can't find a specific denomination listed, all I can say for sure is they are not a KJV-only church, and they believe in faith alone. That's great news for the Bossman!

Maybe someone more versed in the intricacies of American Protestant churches can better sus out what sets them apart on their About page. Working for a church and living with Austin? Andrew's looking to put his faith to the test I see.
I would compare it to Neo Spiritual Christianity in that its cult-like and has no physical location, but The Point don't seem to worship an insane incestual madman who thinks he's a goddess of 80's computers.
EDIT: They don't worship money or the act of winning and losing it. That's called "Capitalism".
