The glowies have made the wrong decision at every single turn since they picked a fight with him, and every single thing they try to get rid of him has only made him stronger. I wouldn't put it past them to try and fucking kill him now
I think people underestimate how popular Don really is. He's not just popular in the US, he's popular all across the planet. He's easily the most popular President of our lifetime. Which is quite the feat considering how titanically popular Obama was. Even if he is an absolute fucking nog. People in other countries have built literal shrines to Trump.

It's kind of nuts to think about it in retrospect that despite all the left's falding and malding, he's still the most popular political figure on the planet in decades. Maybe even the century.

That's (D)ifferent. He called them a bad name -- Terrorist -- which means they lost all human rights and especially civil rights.

But them calling you Nazi or Fascist isn't the same thing, you don't lose all your rights just because they call you that name. Yet, anyway.

"Punch a nazi," tee hee hee. This combined with red flag laws... it's just a hop skip and a jump to "we decided there was a real threat of his nazifascistcapitalistMAGA beliefs so he loses the right to own property or defend himself until we say otherwise."

Here's a question for @Gehenna -- lets presume that the debate did make them go back and redo this decision. How do you think it changed / how do you think the original opinion would have gone?
Oh with how strident this decision was slapping the prior judge? if it changed at all it was to reinforce it even tighter to stop them even -thinking- about going after Trump with more legal bullshit. Which is a somewhat reinforced opinion by just how shoddy the dissent is.

Trump, in a debate, brings up "coyotes". This is a well established term for people smugglers who often rape/kill/traffic/force clients to be drug mules: LOLOLOL BLUMPFT HAS ALZHEIMERS HE THINKS WILD ANIMALS ARE CARRYING LATINX BODIES ACROSS THE BORDER
Like you said, the progressive's ability to deliberately misunderstand a position they disagree with should never be underestimated.

these people dont even know what treason is.
its still a charge, you still have to prove it in court.
doing things liberals dont like isn't treason.
These are the same people supporting obviously bogus charges against Trump.
People who still believe that there are tapes of Trump foaming at the mouth and screaming nigger.
Still believe Trump is a Russian asset.
Still believe Obama was not a fucking disaster of a president.
Think that the DNC and GOP flipped positions to make them feel better about supporting:
  • Internment camps for Japanese, German, and Italian Americans.
  • The KKK as an enforcement wing of the DNC.
  • Having a shitty Civil Rights record
This is going to do a nice job of scaring game out of the bushes though as a lot of people are going fully mask off and admitting that they are happy to see their perceived enemies executed without even the illusion of due process.

Supreme Court remanded Twitter cases "because neither the Eleventh Circuit nor the Fifth Circuit conducted a proper analysis of the facial First Amendment challenges to Florida and Texas laws regulating large internet platforms."
I see a lot of commentary about the post below this one but not so much on this. I hate to be the retard to ask, but what's the quick rundown version because I don't know what laws are being referenced here.

"Under our constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of Presidential power entitles a former President to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. And he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts. There is no immunity for unofficial acts"

TRUMP WON
I'm not even American but that's some good ass news

Florida and Texas passed laws to regulate Big Tech based on different legal theories. The 11th Circuit stopped the implementation of the Florida Law while the lawsuit was underway, and 5th Circuit approved the Texas law while the case was underway. Supreme Court reversed both decisions, finding that neither court did their job properly. Both courts will now have to make a new ruling in light of the instructions provided by the Supreme Court
