Definitely, and their word can be taken in court. The issue is you have to be very careful about questioning kids, because it's much easier to influence their answers by just by asking specific questions.

You need to be very open with them, ask open ended questions without a clear goal/answer in mind, and hope they respond with something usable.

It always astounds me how society has memory holed the satanic panic when it should be taught to everyone to show how dumb our species can be.

Hundreds of thousands of people on the streets in protest to get real justice and real investigation, but every part of it you look into and there'a obviously more under the surface that's being wilfully ignored.

Child testimony is a very precarious thing, as adult testimony is too, I suppose. But that's why the cocaine test means ao much more.

Almost certainly as to the first and maybe as to the second.

And minors can definitely testify. Otherwise it would be nearly impossible to prosecute many abuse cases.
