I doubt it, she's well aware of the origin of Buna's problems and, stunningly thick though she is, I doubt she truly believes the neuroinflammation woo from her last few posts. My theory is that it's more for the 'gram — a lot of her followers don't really know much or anything about the snatch-strangling birth and Rob is very careful not to give too many details about what happened publicly.
It does seem on brand for Robyn to somehow equate "ever-growing cysts forming within her child's brain that require constant drainage to keep her vital organs going" with just "inflammation" So yes
I kind of agree with you. I also get the sense that she harbors a lot of self-hatred and contempt for the world. She literally cannot show her face without filtering the crap out of it. To me, that shows insecurity but also inauthenticity. That’s probably why she can’t admit she ruined her child. That would crush her ego, which I think this whole thing is about.
My best guess, she either hasn't noticed or is on some "he'll speak when he's ready" bullshit.

I agree. Looking at clips I see problem solving, independence, wanting to copy stuff he sees, exploring the environment. He seems interested in Luna (and maybe I am projecting here) but almost seems to understand that there is something "wrong" with her.
