In addition to what
@break these cuffs has stated, Aaron streams 5 morning shows, and two evening shows each week.
His heavily pushed goal for extending each show is $275 currently. Back when Aaron has April on his show, his heavily pushed goal was $350. (Oh, today's goal dropped back down to $250 mid stream).
From what little I have seen he seemed to really struggle to bring in $350 donations.
Those daily donation goals are probably in addition to whatever monthly subscriptions he has.
Rural Minnesota. Not much else going on. The name of the game is to have such hot topic subjects and takes, that a small subsection of the audience listening has a real burning desire to be heard and noticed with their superchat dollars. 474 people are watching his livestream at this very moment (youtube). 336 watching on Rumble. Being a smaller streamer means that Senpai will notice you for $1.99.
The quality of his show, subject matter and research suggests that he don't have any additional paid staff. The jannie mods do it for free.
7 shows per week @ $275 = $1,925 per week. Minus 30% Youtube cut = $1,155 per week. 52 weeks per year = $60,060 yearly income if he makes goal.
From the small donations, it sounds like he is surviving off of small donations. 10% of his entire show is talking about meeting his show goal.
On the flip side, you have characters like Nick Fuentes who is entertaining and politically charged enough to bring in some awkward stupid bitcoin millionaires. They really pump in the dollars and get to do things like come visit Fuentes for the weekend. They will help finance "America First" conventions for Nick. Nothing like a cause to bring in the dollars. These people are idiots like Boogie who lucked into making the right call on a heavy speculation. They will eventually lose that money just as easily because they won in effect a lottery. Hard work to earn something tends to make people smarter about wasting their wealth.
Think of the direct influence those whales have on how these people stream. They don't want to lose their whales.
And then there are the trust fund babies who drop dollars to make themselves feel important. They didn't earn the money. The high dollar donations are a pittance to them, and tends to be life changing to most streamers.
Edit:
Patreon:
I don't know how much he brings in off of Locals.
Today's subject includes: **Meeting monetary goal**, **Bitching about chat shitting on him and banning people**, Trump & Democrat election possibilities with zero hard research or insight. stale news subject of Postmates food delivery offering "Bottom Friendly" menu, occasional reading of news, showing a clip of an IPS streamer starting shit.
This guy does zero hard work to make his show worth listening to.
