How would you replace the Civil Rights Act?

The Civil Rights Act, since its inception in 1968, has been vastly expanded to cover just about everything and used as a de facto Constitution. Luckily, you, in this thought exercise, have a chance to replace it with a much more limited piece of legislation that can't be used for just about any malevolent group to hijack power and "rights". Using the original document as a framework, how would you go about using it without completely reverting to 1950s-style segregation?

It's just that you don't, you replace it with Freedom of Association. Allow people of their own choice and agency to choose who they want to live around, yes some will want to self segregate but it's by their own choice rather than a top down government force forcing them to integrate with groups they don't want to associate with. You'd also be allowed to discriminate in terms of service (White's only, no Whites allowed etc) Single sex spaces would be allowed to enforce the rule of no trannies in the normal people bathroom by being able to say no you have XY chromie homies not XX you can't join the knitting circle. You could tell them to fuck off and not worry about being sued because of "discrimination" Access to groups of people is not a human right and that's why the Civil Rights Act needs to go.

There would be a lot of other things that need to change for that to happen (making it easier to buy/rent land and open businesses) and not cause major problems. I think there's a lot of middle ground that doesn't revert to "fuck darkie" when the current amended CRA means you're bending backwards to accommodate people who hate you anyway.

You don't. The original CRA was designed to overrule specific actions in specific states, and to advance the march towards inter-racial integration faster than society was organically progressing. Segregation is gone, society's racial attitudes have completely changed, there's no more progress it could achieve or intentionally racist laws to overturn. Its moment came and went. It is now an artifact of a dead movement whose corpse is being used for radically different purposes than its original intent. Scrap it with no replacement.

Easy fix.

Niggers: A Boat Ride back to Liberia
Pajeets: A Boat ride back to India (the less annoying, more assimilated ones can stay I guess, we need someone to operate our convivence stores)
Spics: Deport the Gangsta faggots, the ones working in Agriculture or well-behaved whiter ones can stay
East Asians: They can stay, they are basically white and have compatible values at this point anyway
Jews: TKD (You know what that means)

The fact that more people don't understand this baffles me. The second you say anything negative about the civil rights act and it's byproducts were suddenly going to have every black person sitting in the back of the bus if we were to ever even attempt to change or repeal it. In current times it serves no purpose but to lay the groundwork for increasingly aggressive policies to encourage degenerate behavior. Modern DEI initiatives are its bastard offspring, and the actual laws it was created to oppose haven't been relevant for decades.

Correct if I'm wrong, but wasn't segregation actually enforced by law in some areas? Like the sit-ins weren't just "everyone was racist" as popularly portrayed but that serving them was a violation of law?

to be honest i would just generally scrap it and look towards the Constitution.

i do not like the concept of segregation, but i also think things like Mens only gyms, or men only bars, or Asians only wanting to hire Asians isnt a bad thing necessarily.

i guess some of my biggest issues with the CRA as it stands now are titles II, VII, and IX.

title I also, but, voting isnt a "right" generally i think there should be prerequisites to be met for people to vote regardless of their race.

despite those other things about it should generally but accepted. if non whites pay taxes their children shouldnt be sent to a subpar public school.

the Constitution is already perfect an clearly defines our natural rights omitting race as a prerequisite for said rights.

If your goal is to preserve the vision of the founders, which really should be the goal of using the constitution since the document isn't divinely inspired but derived from these men, then every right and assumption should be applied only to White people. This was so fundamental an assumption, like the purpose of the second amendment, that it need not be stated although it was in other, less fundamental documents. Therefore, the civil rights act is against the purpose of the constitution by granting rights to non-whites.
Of course, this should also precludes them from any of the obligations for those rights, i.e. paying taxes, participating in politics, being ready to bear arms against tyrants, etc.

As for what this means with the civil rights act, it should be done away with for violating freedom of association, regardless of the racialist interpretation of the constitution.

Remove the Disparate Impact clause and the law becomes tolerable.

Provably unintentional/accidental discrimination being illegal is an insane precedent.

If you allow white people to make their own decisions, they will indeed say, "fuck darkie." It's just not worth tolerating monkeyshines when maybe this pack of niggers actually will tip!

we need someone to operate our convivence stores

The only reason Indians operate convenience stores is they get special low-interest loans from the government subsidized by whites as a reward for being dark-skinned. This allowed them to undercut white-owned convenience stores (and hotels) and run us out of the market. There is zero valid reason for them to be here.
