I saw this doing the rounds on X with the following screenshot. The language and formatting don't appear genuine to me. The writing isn't professional.
The numbering of paragraphs in these kinds of documents is to separate specific claims. So the other party can refer to that specific claim in their response. It's not just numbering the paragraphs in your story with a bunch of claims contained within.
Press X to doubt. Seems clearly fake and written by someone without experience in drafting or reading legal documents.
Only caveat I'll say is, Trump retardationt syndrome means anything could be filed. Even if poor quality.
