A grown man who knows nothing of banks, credit, finance and a host of other things adults take for granted. Arrested development was my prognosis previously but after listening to sections of that audio, I have to accept he is a legitimate retard. I've never seen anything this before, but I think the idea is that this company sells weed in these mylar bags, for 50-60$, under the pretense that they're just selling empty packages. A quick google search finds dozens of companies selling those exact same bags. They are all ordered in lots of 1000s from aliexpress, then domestic websites sell the bags to dealers to make their products seem "premium" to mouth breathers.

They are also empty, as you can see from the lot sizes ranging from 25-500 bags.

they usually buy them in bulk on some chinese website for pennies on the dollar. you can find them online or at any smoke shop near you.

Most states with legal weed require this type of packaging for it to be legally sold. The only other packaging I've seen in legal shops is glass jars. Both would have lab testing stickers on the back. It's extremely common for people to have friends in legal states buy them weed and ship it through USPS. The graphics are just to help it stand out from the other guy's product. Thanks to Austin being a streamer, his discord is full of people from all over the country, and they already exchange a lot of money back and forth for the gamba.

I think Austin had this shipped to him from out of state. A street dealer isn't going to waste the money on packaging. Half the time, weed dealers can't be bothered to buy the sandwich bags that seal at the top because the ones that fold over are cheaper. Bags like this didn't really exist until the legal market came around and packaging was regulated. Street dealers also don't have to display their product along side their competitors, and if they did, people would be more interested in the bud smell, color, and density moreso that how pretty the package is. This is weed for people that were afraid to smoke weed before the government told them it was okay.
