While we can only speculate on whatever might have happened in 2009, is there any way we could get more information on that encounter? Is that something you can FOIA or is this something we will just wait until the trial?

Heard Null talk about the lab tests on his podcasts. Put a lot of the questions I had to rest. Admittedly, they were dumb questions I knew weren't based in reality. But it keeps the brain worms from a'stirrin' while I'm lying in bed.

The biggest thing for me was knowing the hair was washed thoroughly before being tested. I started wondering if it was possible there was literal cocaine in her hair, like it fell on her or something. Stupid, I know, but nonetheless a curiosity. If they washed it first, either that kid took cocaine, or there was cocaine in the fucking shampoo and she'd been using it for weeks. Which one is more plausible?
Probably worth noting as well, that the hair follicle tests are testing for metabolites that are produced by the body when metabolizing the drug, not the drug itself. So even if hypothetically cocaine was dumped on her head and hair wasn't washed, it's not what the test is testing for.

. From the wording and the rules cited it's apparent that Nick, once a stalwart advocate for court transparency until now, must have reacted to a certain spate of unwanted publicity by having his attorney file a June 20th letter asking for an emergency order that the presumptively public court file be made confidential until a "forthcoming Motion for a Protective Order" could be heard on that issue, as well as a June 21st letter request for a phone conference after court clerks refused to schedule one without the judge's say-so.
Mr. Government Transparency Advocate who wanted court cases to be filmed in public using cameras so the people could hold the government accountable (and for him to grift off of other people's legal troubles) is now trying to make certain court records confidential so they won't be used against him. Mr. Government Transparency Advocate who cries about people not knowing the full story is now actively trying to stop people from getting the full story. Can you show us how much more of a facade your whole persona was for all these years?

I'm starting to think this Nick guy is a real jerk!

Wait, what?

Jesus Fucking Christ.

There's documents pertaining to 4 more cases that Balldo wants to censor.
1720003378079.png
73-VB-24-538: State of Minnesota vs APRIL DIANE IMHOLTE

1720003419880.png
34-CR-24-341: State of Minnesota vs NICHOLAS ROBERT REKIETA

1720003454864.png
34-CR-24-342: State of Minnesota vs KAYLA CHRISTINE REKIETA

He is trying to keep court records confidential from his's and wife's criminal cases and April's traffic case (for some reason).

EDIT: No it's the evidence the court will use from other cases. Sorry I'm retarded.

EDIT 2: 73-CV-24-2 it's probably a juvenile case which means it can't be accessed through the MCRO website.

Correction by @Balldo's Gate:
CV = Civil
The letter later gives more information about what exactly that case is:

My first guess is that this could be the petition from Aaron ex-wife 1 (Ashley) against April Imholte, since they also brought in the speeding ticket. But I can't say for sure.
Aaron's case for his order is 71-CV-24-1. The timing should be almost exactly the same (very start of 2024, based on the trailing 1 and 2) but the counties are different, 71 is Sheburne County and 73 is Stearns (St. Cloud)

Tests. It's funny how a single letter can sometimes be new information.

It kind of chafes my ass knowing that Rekieta is just trying to save face with this bullshit and doesn't actually give a shit about anything else.
"Children" is plural, so "tests" would be as well.
It doesn't necessarily mean multiple tests per child (although it doesn't rule that out, either).
