This sperg comes up a lot from people who dont understand the US penal system. Austin is NOT ON PAROLE. He is on probation. In Parole you get let out early from your prison sentence, and violating conditions means you get sent back to continue your prison sentence.

Austin is on probation, which means in lieu of his prison sentence. He never went to prison. Violating probation gets you your entire prison sentence handed back to you. You can actually then get paroled, or after prison resume probation.

This most definately will be a probation violation. They gave him probation under the conditions it was the first time he ever got arrested, he was young, and the drugs made him do it, so they ordered him to rehab. Another drug charge means the probation was not effective and he kept living the way that got him in trouble in the first place.

Simply put, his probation was "Hey kid get clean, stay off drugs, or you have to come back to deal with all this". He has not kept off drugs. There is this thread...

No. He will not. Jails like this get a lot of "I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna do something stupid dood" threats. They do not encourage these threats by rewarding them with going to a comfier hospital/psych ward. They put you in suicide/self harm observation. It varies slightly from facility to facility, but you get your own cell, with nothing but a concrete bench, and they take away your clothes and you have to wear this wierd velcro on "suit" that looks like a moving company furniture protector. If you keep acting up, you get strapped naked to a chair where you physically cannot harm yourself. Suicide baiting does not work in jails for comfier treatment...you actually get worse treatment "for your safety".

Have a family member who works in DOC. He said that you'll only be placed in a state hospital if you're diagnosed with something. Otherwise if you're just a suicide baiting faggot you just get treated per facility protocol. Usually it involves a restraint chair or similar device.

I knew he would lash out at somebody in the family eventually, I am legit relieved it wasnt a murder because that lunatic is capable of anything at this point. Also that Andrew was there to take the punch instead of the elderly parents lol
Anyway I dont know how domestic violence charges work in Virginia, but if the battered person can withdraw them then there is a good chance his enabling family will let him get away with this so I dont worry too much.

nvm, those drug charges are not good with him already being on probation, its actually over
