Man when a magistrate decides to read all of these filings they're going to have a fantastical tale. Start at reasonable (and possibly """reasonable""" if poorly worded) and silly motions, progress to bickering over a non-existent address and insisting plaintiff will prosecute and is trying his bestest, arrive at I'M LOSING THIS FAKE ADDRESS BECAUSE OF MEAN WORDS JUDGE REEEEE.

The part that I don't understand is the "I'm going to be homeless" at the same time as the "I have a new apartment, this is its address". Which of those is true? If the new address isn't his new apartment, whose apartment is it?

It looks like he got behind on the rent and figured that he'd just stop paying and save up a down payment for his next apartment instead. Although once potential landlords see your name in an eviction filing, it's going to affect your options somewhat, so I guess he's lucky if that worked once, and the eviction wasn't filed yet when he signed the new lease...

Exactly what I was thinking. There's no way in hell that that the new place is a friend's apartment because he has no friends. Even if he did have a friend, who would let him stay at their place with all the drooling he does everywhere? Anyone in their right mind would make up some excuse to not let him stay over.

No, this is just an attempt to appeal to the emotions of the court by using his eviction to bend the truth about his actual living situation. The admission of his new address at the end, though, completely upends his pathetic try at manipulation.

edit: it's since been revealed that the NEW address is the one he's being evicted from.

If Russell is "blind" as to what's happening in the case, does that mean he doesn't even know it's been transferred back to Utah? Hence why he filed in the wring state AGAIN

Maybe, but he wouldn't file this motion in Utah anyway, because he already has e-filing access there. Florida is the one that denies access to pro se litigants as a matter of course; before the transfer Greer's motion to gain access (opposed by Hardin) was still open. I suppose it might be relevant in a future where Utah rejects the re-transfer and sends it back to Florida, but there's still no point filing this before that happens.

I thought the Impossible Transfer order was sent to Greer the way the other court docs were, but I don't see it explicitly stated in the record.

Presumably they would have mailed it, to the address that didn't exist, since unlike Mr Hardin they wouldn't try 3 different addresses.
And even if they did, it turns out not one of the three addresses would result in mail getting to Russell. The documents have been mailed into the void.

Russell might not know about the transfer.

I'm shocked that Russ's life is falling apart and he can't do anything but blame everyone else. Or I would be, if this wasn't the same thing he had been doing for years. Kiwifarms is his new taylor swift.

If his parents are smart, when he has to move back home they'll take away his smart phone, whore budget and make him be a bagger at the grocery store for rent.
>jipping
I wonder if Russ knows that it's a pejorative term against gypsies, often spelled as to gyp. You know, because gypsies fucking steal anything that isn't bolted down.
presumably not, since he couldn't even spell it properly. Guess phone autocorrect doesn't work for slurs.

I'm taking this as acknowledgement that Russell has given up on getting the DJF boys back on board. If he can't even pay rent on a shithole, he can't pay lawyers either.

He better get figuring out what needs to go in that draft schedule he's been evading producing for three-and-a-half years.
