So what are the chances they gave her propofol for her twilight sedation, which is known to induce euphoria?
From what I can see online it seems pretty commonly used for liposuction.

I doubt they used propofol as there was no airway management in her shot. I’ll bet they used versed. She looked awake and can respond to commands but doesn’t remember, that’s a hallmark of versed. For some anyway, I had it and remember everything.

Well. She's in for a world of hurt. I don't think she really researched this at all; she's just mad, impatient, and frusturated that her fake running arc and #proteingirly snacks didn't produce immediate, 400 pound dropping results, so it must be a disease she most likely doesn't have. Just get it sucked out and problem solved.
In a normal person that doesn't have tremendous strain on their lymphatic system, they can still experience terrible swelling and other complications. This source says thighs in particular can be effected badly by post liposuction edema.
This site has a lot of interesting information on what and how things go wrong in regards to lymphatic drainage and swelling. The best treatments are drainage tubes, which it doesn't sound like she has, and strict adherence to compression garments- which we know she most likely won't be compliant with. Source

She’d going to need to be in bed for a while after this and will have her mobility seriously limited for a long time after. She’s actually v active for someone her size, which is why doing this is really crazy - it could be the trigger for her ending up immobile.

Lipo is a last resort not only because of how hard it is on the body but you really don’t get that much from it apparently.
I did some research not too long ago and the max you usually remove is like 15 lb.
11 liters of water is 25 lb.
It’s much more for weirdos trying to sculpt their Frankenstein bodies by moving a pound or two of fat around.
NOT walking-ton-of-lard landwhales.
With all of the semaglutide, even being effective for anxiety also apparently, the best is no longer gastric bypass or other surgery. Just take injections and get less addiction. It’s wild.

This is fucking insane. Why has no one gotten some psychiatric help for her. Can't believe this doctor operated on her so quickly. It looks like he just cut some flesh off of her sides, this isn't going to solve anything. The doctor doesn't have her best interests at heart. He saw a fat stupid mark that he could squeeze some money out of. She says there will be many more surgeries. Complete lunacy. Would rather cut off a pound of flesh than eat less food.

I've followed Anna for years; and this is the most insane I've seen her be. Just days ago, she filmed a fake crying video about her condishun causing her debilitating pain and immobility. Then she records a dancing tiktok video, immediately before getting SURGERY to improve her excruciating layg pain.
This is a man that should be regretting his current life choices, but probably isn't. Recording an obese woman forcing her nurse to wheel her out and play along for the tiktok and instagram videos. Where he then will escort Anna back to her hotel, change her bed diapers, help clean her, and listen to her non stop bitching.
I know she's paying him big shekels and all the free trips and cameras and toys, but for chrissake man, have a modicum of self-respect. If I were his wife/fiancee/whatever, I'd be embarrassed as hell that this is what my partner does for a living.

This guy is a quack. I tried to read reviews on Yelp, and somebody left a one star outlining all her problems, and she said that the other 60 one star reviews weren’t posted when she signed up with him or she wouldn’t have done it. But there were not 60 negative reviews, so he got them removed.
Liposuction was never supposed to be for manatees. It was for those women who had dieted and worked out and were as thin as they could be, but maybe had a small saddlebag or fat pocket that just wouldn’t go away. It isn’t disease, it’s just the way the body works.
The fact that this guy tells every fat woman that they have Lipedema and he can suck it away at $10,000 per surgery is insane. This is going to cost Anna at least $75,000 if she finishes it. No way is he doing it all for free-maybe he paid for the hotel or gave her an initial discount but he isn’t giving her that much free surgery for a couple tik toks. Great scam-all you have to do is stick out med school and then you can scam desperate stupid mentally ill people by telling them they can change their sex or become thin while eating whatever they want. Insane.
This doctor is a dermatologist. He should be handing out Retin A prescriptions, cutting out cysts and skin cancer and warning people about sunscreen. But he’s doing dangerous surgeries on people so deluded they don’t even look to see if he’s certified in plastic surgery.
Best case, she’s going to look pretty much the same and will eat anything lost back. Worst case, she’s going to have fluid retention and worsening lymphedema causing her serious problems. This could be the dawn of the bedbound arc (that we see, it’s been dawning a while.)
There is no chance she’ll wear the compression garments they will give her, unless they are screaming neon pink. Even then, I think she’ll give up quick and start using her own leggings too soon.

This is all because she wants to overeat. Insanity.
