I see a few comments (ok more than a few) about the suffering of Bossman. I thought I'd document them in one post.

Since going to jail BossmanJack is going to be going through some heavy withdraws. He's had every comfort item stripped away from him.

-Gamba- Yeah they can gamble in jail, but you need something to gamble with. Austin literally has nothing. Even if theres money on his books (commissary money). But he wont really be tied into groups where he can gamba yet, or take loans. He's probably not even been classified and is in a holding/temporary area.

-Crack- Obviously going to be going through the crack withdraws. Can you get crack in jail? Maybe. But he has nothing so will be doing without.

-Nicotine- There are no cigarettes or vapes in jail. Could some get smuggled in as contraband, sure, but Austin doesnt have anything to trade, and wont for some time. The chances of him getting even a hit of nicotine are basically 0

-Flavor- Austin is constantly consuming flavor of some sort. There isnt a time on stream he goes more than 1 minute without some sort of flavor entering his mouth either through sweet flavored vapes, or sugary drinks

-Drinks- Austin will have basically nothing but plain water to drink. He will have a packet of instant coffee in the morning along with maybe 1 sugar packet on his breakfast tray. If he can withhold drinking it these packets are some of the earliest forms of currency he can get. On weekends he might get juice or milk. For his dinner tray he might get a fruit drink or tea drink mix packet. None of these are colder than the tap water you mix them with. This is a Jail, not a prison. Jails typically dont have canned/bottled soft drinks available as commissary. The best you can do is drink mixes.

-Chicky biskies- No chicky biskies in jail.

-Snacks- Austin will be doing without snacks/processed foods for at least a week if not two, and his only food source will be the trays they decide to give him at the schedule they decide to hand them out. Even if he has money on his books for commissary, commissary is a weekly order. He wont be able to order commissary until given a permanent assignment/classification which most jails wont really do until after the arraignment to see if you're just staying overnight or in for a longer term.

-Hygiene- Laughable that Austin would be without hygiene, but he would be. They would give him an indigent kit which is the most basic soap/toothbrush/toothpaste and maybe deodorant you ever seen and that's it. He would need to wait for commissary to order real antiperspirant and better products. This would seem OK for bossman cus he's a filthy savage...but people with poor hygiene do not do well in jail. Making it even worse is he also will not have any shower shoes until he can order commissary .. so when the throw his ass in the shower he'll be barefoot on all the spooge and shit on the floors. Maybe he'll feel at home?

He definitely would have answers affirmatively to any standard “thoughts of self harm?” questions during the routine medical check during intake.

They'll put him on suicide watch, so he'll be in a one man cell with a smock and blanket only. He'll have to ask for T.P. when he needs to take a shit frfr. It might be good for him as there are more and worse drugs in G.P. than the "outside". (K2) (Phen-Phen) Inmates also gamble and when you can't pay in commissary (Ramien, Coffee, Cigg's ect) you'll get beat or a visit from you know who.

Well.... Bossman DID confess to his audience about using hard drugs daily and needing to be held accountable because he wanted to quit. To me it sounds like his wish was granted, monkey-paw style.

Regardless who the crackhead actually threw hands with, it's pretty clear that the element which set this in motion was RatBro. Less than 72 hours after he moves in, the equilibrium in the house is disturbed. If I were to throw in my guess of what set it off, it was probably Andrew confronting Austin on the noise. "Unlike some people around here.... SOME of us actually have to get up in the morning to GO TO WORK!" And, of course that would make Austin feel some sort of way. He either could have been offended that Andrew's trying to 'take over' the house, or how DARE he suggest that Austin's online gambling (with sponsorships!) isn't a real job. Eh, it could have gone a hundred different ways. Still, it all starts with Andrew.

I bet BossMom has already received half a dozen collect calls from Austin telling her about how hard this is for him, how this time he wants to get clean, accusing her of choosing her other son over him, not loving him, etc. Anything to get bailed out.
