From what I’ve gathered mental health care in her state is grim, but definitely not out of reach.
There’s a lot of organizations that are even sliding scale, and if she can’t get there in person most of the time there’s telehealth which has completely changed the game as far as accessibility to treatment.

It's a common problem everywhere that has widespread internet access, which is why a lot of western governments are suggesting porn filters, it's just that they will also be used to filter or monitor other things as well eventually. It's a serious issue that needs urgent attention - probably could have down with attention ten years ago, but it's complicated to fix.
