I've admittedly not trained for 6 months, but I did about 3 years of consistent weight training. I would have been considered pretty muscly for a woman, if that is what Anisa has to show for herself after 7 months of "recomp" and a bulk it is laughably pathetic, there is ZERO definition, and getting definition on your thighs is one of the easiest things you can do as a woman when you take training seriously.

She has noodle arms as well, I'm not about to say she is fat, she really isn't, there isn't much fat at all on her arms, and her posing like that in both photos, should in theory show some sort of an outline of her bicep if her claims are at all true.

I genuinely don't know what she's trying to achieve here, I know gym selfies and video clips are like the easiest good gurl points on social media ever, if she actually goes, it boggles the mind that Anisa of all people would not be posting retarded selfies while working out.
