First, people are colloquially saying it's been deleted but it looks like it's just private. Second, they who? Are you suggesting that facebook has implemented a secret feature that locks your account if you're getting KF link traffic? Or that Ethan has access to facebook's backend panel to code a tool that locks his facebook if he ever gets link traffic from KF? These are both pretty implausible.

The only reasonable interpretation I can find of that question is that maybe there's a tool written by trannies to crawl KF for links to facebook, and automatically private the tool user's facebook when a link is posted. Which sounds farfetched, but not technically infeasible. My question would be, if they have access to their old facebook accounts and are data conscious, why not just cut out the middleman, private them manually and leave them that way?
