Start with asking yourself what you want. Don't worry about that too much right now reading, no guy knows what he really wants when he get's asked but start with a small goal that leads into a long term one, like losing weight, learning game, getting new hobbies, getting a better job and the rest but it has to be your reason . Personally, learning that I have ultimate agency over my life and the direction it'll go. I don't need to prove I can provide for others to meet some arbitrary definition of "masculinity" that changes depending on the person talking about it, that masculinity only gets celebrated when it's in service of women.
