It may be that he was changed to unsupervised probation, ie no more PO calling you/showing up at your home, or making you come into the probation office every month/3 months/6 months for a piss test and a little chat, just don't get arrested and it's like you're not on probation at all

That would be the property they get the gas money from. It's in PA iirc. We'll have to see what bail restrictions Austin gets. I'm not very familiar with bail and bonds, or Virginia specifically, but restricting him from leaving the state seems like something reasonable that might be on it. It's not like he has a family or job or anything. Hell they could just tell BossmAndrew to to move up there.

Typical bond conditions are no drinking, no drugs, you can leave the state USUALLY if you have reason (family) unless they are more worried about you being a flight risk and you get a GPS tether. The judge can restrict this however.

The issue is with Domestic Violence cases in Virginia they typically issue protective orders against the victim AND their family, and usually bar you from re-entering the home where the DV occurred, unless you lived alone and some other wierd circumstance. We will have to see tomorrow

Virginia courts can appoint local attorneys from a pool. There is no state public defender in rural places like Madison County. Its how Chris got HEILberg. I'm assuming the reason why Baldy wasn't entered into the record as representing Austin before the hearing was because he was appointed at the hearing.
