He hasnt yet. He cant be violated for his probation yet until convicted of a crime (or failing a drug test etc).

With the deferred disposition with the domestic violence/assault and battery case they may not violate his probation for this.
Now its up to if the drug charge sticks and gets a conviction plea.

Either way its up to Probation and Parole to file charges on violating the probation. The judge cant do it automatically. Probation and Parole works a little slower. Though when he went into custody typically standard operating procedures are to contact and alert Probation when someone comes into contact/custody with law enforcement.

These are bureaucrats who will need to evaluate the charges, and determine how they want to proceed with filing the probation violation case. Keep a look out for additional charges on Austin in the near future if probation decides to report them to the court.

Rats on ratddit are saying that FOIA is only applicable to people with a VA address in Virginia. I had assumed that all levels of government fell under the federal FOIA shit but 🤷‍♀️

Yes, FOIA is federal. Everyone just calls the state level stuff FOIA because it's like calling all tissues kleenex's and as seen in VA's response, some states just call theirs <STATE> FOIA. Reasons like this are why you don't trust redditards.

Whats the next steps now regarding bossman being released. Im guessing his bond needs to be paid, then he can come back to his house? is it possible he could theoretically stream tonight or this weekend?
